Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Burbank

Absolutely stunning home! My friends and I enjoyed Karen’s home as we attended a music festival for the weekend. Within a good distance from the Rose Bowl. Not too far from LA. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Good variety of shops and restaurants within a short driving distance. The amenities Karen’s home provides was a huge plus for us, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and game room. The story behind the home is beautiful and adds to the beauty of the home. We definitely recommend staying here, no questions asked. The home and yard is beautiful and well organized. We briefly met Karen and she was very nice, very responsive host.

Incredible location. Very clean and very tidy. Loved the atmosphere.

Although Buena Vista Street is busy you won’t hear the traffic noise in this cozy one bedroom house. The house is nicely appointed with a comfortable bed, full bathroom with a walk in shower. The heat pump/mini split heating and cooling system worked flawlessly. The kitchen was complete with a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker and refrigerator. I never had a problem parking. As a matter of fact I was able to park in the exact same place just to the right of the driveway. Be aware that there is no parking every Thursday from, I think, 10:00 till noon. There are plenty of signs posted on the exact time on Thursday that cars must not past. You can easily park across the street during that time. There is a Ralph’s Supermarket and a CVS Pharmacy about a mile away and you’re less than half a mile from I5. All in all a great two week stay. We really enjoyed our stay at Alvin’s house. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Home is nicely laid out with three good sized bedrooms. Lovely beds and bedding. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Josephine's place was cozy and clean. the little backyard was a plus. the bed was very comfortable. easy to park on the street and neighborhood was quiet and safe. 5 minute drive to trade Joe was also convenient. I had a couple of questions which she responded promptly. Thank you

The house is wonderful and comfortable. Everything is the same as the photos. During this accommodation. we haven’t seen Michael. He will offer you the keyword of door before check-in. It’s easy to enter. The location is near the Burbank airport, so I can achieve there soon after arriving. Washing machine and clothes dryer are useful when you have a long-period trip though you need to prepare laundry detergent by yourself. Besides, it’s important to open the window when you fry beef steak even if range hood had been turned on because stimulation of smoke detector will make you embarrassed. In conclusion, it’s awesome room and we will exactly stay here when I visit LA again!

That was an amazing place with great accommodations. The host is very helpful, respectful and highly organized. Everything in this unit was clean and stylish.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was very comfortable. Loved that Whole Foods was in walking distance as well as local restaurants. That was the best part. Very cute place and just a great location.

Great location perfect for Universal Studios. Good restaurants nearby. Pac-Man game inside unit is great. Amenities were nice. Bathroom clean. Overall great spot would recommend

this is our third time staying at elizabeth’s place and we’ll definitely be back a fourth time! the airbnb itself is lovely, absolutely a great place to rest and relax. the kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked-(which is completely unnecessary but very appreciated) and elizabeth herself is a delight. the airbnb is a very short walk from downtown, and the walk is gorgeous. can’t recommend this spot highly enough.

We appreciated the quick responses to any questions we had, and our many, beautiful walks around the neighborhood.

The place was very clean. The location was beyond perfect with very cool attractions and restaurants in walking distance. The host had great communication, hospitality, responsive throughout and more than accommodating if I needed anything. This would be my place of choice for next time too!

The way Cliff treated us as guests really touched my heart. To say he goes above and beyond is an understatement. The location was literally perfect for us and it’s such a great deal. It really is a private place. We felt nice and tucked away.

The place is fine enough, the art good and trippy, literature available on the tables intriguing, and it’s a nice 20-minute walk to downtown. The Internet wasn’t working and Erwin got on it right away. Pleasant stay.

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! Ate dinner at Din Tai Fung which is within walking distance. Free parking on site. Really fit our six people well. We also used the workout faculty and pool. It was great!!

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Nice place. Quiet. I had no issues getting in. The bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. They had a steamer for my clothes which was nice as well.

Pari’s place is bigger than it appears in the photos- really nice space. Modern and comfortable, fully outfitted kitchen, and plenty of towels/amenities. Contrary to other reviewers, I didn’t find the parking to be tough. I rented an SUV and just backed into the space without a problem - I can see how it would be tough for someone if they headed in- just do a three point turn up front and you’ll be fine :) One last comment- the location can’t be beat! Walking distance to so much (including one of my favorite restaurants, Green Street). And less than 15 minutes to Occidental College, where I was attending events. Great stay. Thanks Pari!

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!
