Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Capoliveri

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Heidi's villa is a small jewel, located in a quiet and reserved location but very close (5 minutes by car) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and cozy, perfectly according to the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our dog loved the garden and dog beach right below the house! The only small mole in terms of our habits was the fact that it was not possible to completely obscure the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in the places and, although distant, available at any time we needed her.

Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

Understandable and welcome for us: the price is for the location. For us, too much luxury would put it in the shade. A few renovations, especially the furnishings of a cozy corner, where you can get together and sometimes cuddly, would still not hurt. We had a very good time either way and thoroughly enjoyed the nature encounters, the view, the starry sky, the sea and last but not least the away from crowded beaches.

The personal contact with Giacomo was very pleasant and friendly. The house is in a beautiful location outside of Marciana Marina. From there you have a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. We quickly got used to the steep, narrow road and also the access to the parking lot. We liked the house itself and the tasteful furnishings very much. A tip: besides the cumbersome access directly from the parking lot, there is a second access a little further above the street. This makes it easier to transport luggage, for example.

Lovely place in the center of Rio nell'Elba with perfect location for activities such as cycling or hiking in the mountains on the east side of the island. Fast and straightforward communication with Rosa. Thank you so much!

We stayed 4 nights in this fantastic apartment in Capoliveri, Giovanni and his wife made us feel at home, we had a really good time. The apartment has a spatial view of the valley below and the sea, it is also a short walk from Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro and many fantastic beaches nearby, it is equipped with all possible amenities, the rooms are very beautiful, the furniture new and efficient. I hope to return soon to spend a few relaxing days, thank you very much Giovanni

Perfect stay on the beautiful island Elba! Very cosy apartment with walking distance to the water! Francesco was very helpful both with tips and instructions, and answered quickly. Definitely recommend!!

The elevated position of the house allows very nice views of the village of Capoliveri and the sea in the southwest and northeast. Large terrace, cozy place to rest on the sofa or sun loungers or to eat at the table with panoramic views. Two bathrooms are practical and spacious, the kitchen compact and functional for this apartment size. The village is easily reached on foot, the ascent is also easy to manage after dinner in the village. The parking space in the garage is very convenient. Unfortunately, no bed, kitchen or bath linens are offered, these must be brought along.

We had a lovely three nights at Barbara’s apartment. Poggio is a very cute village, and we are very glad we chose to stay there. The square out the front of the apartment is very relaxing. We enjoyed sitting out the front with our morning coffees, being greeted by the neighbourhood cat, Miu!

We were personally welcomed by Antonella. Very nice apartment, generously equipped. Balcony with partial view of the sea. Thanks to the delicacies provided by Antonella (wine, pasta, etc.), we were already able to enjoy the view with a dinner on the evening of arrival. Although close to the center, quiet residential area. The old town as well as the very beautiful pebble beach "Le Ghiaie" can be reached in a few minutes' walk. We can recommend Antonella's apartments at any time and would be happy to come back.

Very well-stocked apartment, clean and very close to Capoliveri beach and Felciaio beach (10 minutes walk). Warm shower and ample outdoor space are very useful. Bathroom a little small, but with a comfortable shower and great water pressure. Large private parking. Highly recommended and definitely a point of reference for the area!

Paola's accommodation was really nice, very large, spacious and bright. The kitchen is large and there is everything you need to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bathroom is also equipped with all comforts, including a washing machine, hair dryer and detergents. Also, the room from the bed is very large and the bed is really very comfortable. I have absolutely nothing to complain about this place and will definitely be back in my next stays. I personally met the owners and they were really very kind, polite and also nice;) the accommodation includes a convenient internal parking lot, really useful. Really nothing to say, 100% recommended! We will definitely return here on our next trip to Elba ☀️

We stayed in the apartment for a week as a family with two children at the end of September and enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment is very centrally located, with a beautiful view of the harbor and the piazza. The piazza is busy, but the windows are new and close well. In addition, one of the bedrooms goes to the back on a quieter alley. The apartment is extremely spacious and stylish and practically furnished. The beds are very comfortable and everything is available, especially the kitchen is very well equipped. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We had a very great week in Sonia and Cristiano's apartment. The apartment was very clean and furnished with what you need. It is very close to the beach, and from the balcony you have a beautiful view of the sea. On the beach, there is a fine restaurant where you can also order takeaway. For shopping or other outings, you have to drive 20 minutes. It is therefore an ideal place to retreat and relax. We enjoyed it.

The perfect apartment for seeing Porto Azurro. Very close to everything. The building and the apartment are beautiful and Silvia was so lovely and nice. The apartment has beautiful views all the way to the sea and the restaurants and shops are literally just downstairs. I liked it very much and would love to come back! :)

We had a lovely stay at this flat. It is as stylish as it looks on the pictures, has everything one can need and was very clean. The location is ideal to explore the island and includes a parking spot. Corrado is a very attentive host (eg. there was an extra set of towels for our children) and answers any request quickly (eg. we could check in early).

Fantastic apartment! I stayed for a week with my partner on the Island of Elba, the apartment is in a strategic position to visit the whole island, it is located in a quiet street and even if you do not find parking immediately in front of the house it is not difficult to find a place along the street or in the nearby parking lots. The kitchen is equipped with every tool you can use and the spaces in general are spacious, as well as the balcony where there is a comfortable table to sit for breakfast. The center of Porto Azzurro can be reached comfortably in a few minutes on foot, to return home there will be a nice climb to do, but better get used to the idea right away if you want to visit the Elbe. The hosts were very kind and always available throughout our stay despite not being on the island, in short, it was a beautiful experience, fully recommended!
