Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is located just 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful Western Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently there are great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

Our stylish and luxurious alpine chalet is located at 1400 m above sea level. Enjoy the 80 m² terrace with panoramic sauna and jacuzzi. The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.
