We stay 5 days in May/25 at William's house in Paraty, it is a very special place, a place with a privileged view of the beautiful Marina and the entire historic center of Paraty, the condominium is very quiet, wooded, with kind staff. The apartment is very beautiful, clean, high standard of finishing, good taste of decoration - gives the impression that the house is even more beautiful than in the photos. William is an excellent host, with tips on restaurants and tours in Paraty, shown to be attentive and helpful in our demands, I will recommend to many friends their stay there.

The apartment is very beautiful and comfortable, identical to the photo, only the building leaves something to be desired, it is very old, an elevator for several people, a mission to go up to the apartment

Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!

The accommodation is very close to the beach, access is easy and quiet! The house is super cute with beautiful decor, extremely well equipped. The mattresses are great, the sofa opens up to provide even more comfort. We found the house exactly as advertised! Sophie responds super fast! We had a perfect stay! ❤️

Very well equipped apartment, with everything you need for stay (airfryer,toaster,sandwich maker,blender,kettle,microwave,coffee maker, washing machine and many other items) You really don't have to worry about a thing ; you have there at the apt. Estadia was excellent, good location, clean decoration, great showers, new pillows, very good condominium structure. Great balcony with barbecue, air conditioning in all rooms We were very pleased with the days we spent in the apt! Sandro served us promptly and warmly whenever we need to speak.

Compliments only The apartment is Divine, Clean, Smell, Exactly as in your photos👏 In the condominium, there is Restaurant, with breakfast buffet and on weekends, there is also buffet for lunch, very good food🙌 The town is "foot in the sand" yesmm, perfect. There is an exit through its own direct condominium in Praia 🏖️😎 Various kiosks, has the Rico Sucos (best açaí from RJ) Anyway, it's worth staying with Mr. Luiz. Perfect 👏

Simply wonderful! The accommodation was excellent in all aspects — comfortable, clean and very well located in Angra dos Reis. But what really made the difference was the host's kindness and attention, especially when allowing us to check out a little later. This care has made all the difference in our experience! I recommend with my eyes closed and I hope to return soon!

Beautiful and cozy house, we felt like at home. Everything is extremely clean and neat, well decorated. Kitchen very complete, with ALL utensils. The house is huge, the condominium is beautiful that makes you want to live there The rooms are large and the beds are great! Great for those who go with children. Our trip was perfect , every family loved! Gi is a sweet, very friendly and super polite and helpful. Always responds quickly and is ready to assist. We will definitely return, and soon God willing! 🫶🏼 I will always indicate!

Cristiano super kind and request. Super easy to talk to and always on the phone. I had a health problem and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point in the apartment is the mattresses and sofas, which are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)

My stay was wonderful, a pity that was short-lived. The location is perfect. The amazing view and the super cozy and spacious apartment. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super family, with clear information and good communication between the employees. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need like: market, bakery, gym… I liked a lot and didn't want to leave kkk for sure I will be back. The space is even better than it looks on the photos. I find broader both internally and the backyard. the yard wall is also taller than it looks. But what delighted me most about the lodging were the small details that are not in the listing: pillows and bedding very cozy; wonderful shower; several appliances not included in the listing. The owner of the space with an unparalleled sympathy, answered our requests very quickly. Next visit to Maresias I will seek to rent the space again!

Wonderful apartment and condominium. Complete with gym, sauna, rooftop pool with a gorgeous look. Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Mall ribeira shopping mall that has everything you can imagine. There are boat tours that come out of the river sack and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

Imagine a tranquil, beautiful, calm and perfect place to rest and, even better, it is very close to the historic center, beaches, walks, shops, supermarkets and various businesses...: the Condominium is all that!!! We spent special days, to the sound of birds, visits from monkeys and overlooking a lake, pool and garden, which provided us with incredible and special moments, full of peace and tranquility!!! Alain is very helpful and flexible, the house is equipped and organized with all the utensils we need for a good stay. I thank Alain for the attention and flexibility he gave us, making our trip even more unforgettable!!!! Gratitude...!!!! Guys, "just go" and enjoy every moment!!!!
