A third person could also sleep on the couch in the living room. The kitchen is opened through a pillar to the living room. You can enjoy your stay, whilst having access to your own private Terrasse. Our property is located in the center of Schwerte. On foot you can reach the train station in 5 minutes and the Ruhr in 10 minutes. Cafés, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance within a few minutes. The Rohrmeisterei is also just a stone's throw from us. Our garden and our route can also be used. If you are traveling by bike, you can safely store it in our yard. Access to your space is self-sufficient.

Staying on a manor estate

The apartment is located on an old manor from the 16th century. The estate has its own park and a small lake, which unfortunately cannot be used for swimming. Otherwise, you are free to use and linger. Everything you need to live is nearby. From the grocery store to the gas station, from the bakery to the pharmacy or doctors, everything is more or less within walking distance.
