Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Florence

A beautiful spot in a great location of Florence. Everything is in walking distance, from the train station to the Academia to the Uffizi, this is an excellent place to stay. We are a family of four and we arrived to find the pull out couch nicely made into a bed for our children. The place was spotless as well! The host is super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen in dem traumhaften Appartement verbracht. Der Garten und das dazugehörige Anwesen einfach zauberhaft. Das Apartment sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wer einen ruhigen Ort zum entspannten sucht kommt zu 100 Prozent auf seine Kosten. Florenz bestens zu erreichen mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Danke für den unvergesslichen Aufenhalt! Wir würden es immer wieder empfehlen.

My husband and I, plus our French Bulldog, had the pleasure of staying here for just over 3 weeks. Immediately felt like home, and host family had everything to do with that! Highly recommend. stunning views, fabulous location and some of the most gracious people I've ever met.

We stayed at Flora House as a family trip with my parents and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we really enjoyed cooking meals together with fresh ingredients from the host’s farm. It was a great place to unwind and spend quality time as a family. Highly recommended!

This place is absolutely stunning! Alessandro is the most amazing host- very flexible with our late check in and early leaving time- even brought us a cappuccino at 3:30am before we left! Couldn’t recommend more- we will definitely be back- thank you for the most amazing stay!

Great base to explore Florence with all the amenities you need. We really appreciated all the coffee pods! Matteo was an excellent host, accommodating an early check in and booking us a taxi. The house is a 20 minute walk into the tourist spots, which is further than you think in the Summer heat! Recommend eating/drinking in the local bars rather than across the river, it’s a great neighbourhood. Santarosa Bistrot and Piazza Santo Spirito were our favourites. Highly recommend!

Appartamento molto curato, pulito e ordinato. Zona strategica in quando fuori dal centro, molto tranquilla, MA dalla quale si può raggiungere il centro a piedi in 20 minuti massimo. Anche la stazione ferroviaria di FMN é a 15 minuti a piedi. Se non si vuole camminare nella pizza vicina all'appartamento c'è bus che porta in centro, quindi comodissimo! Donella é molto carina, gentile e offre consigli molto utili. In particolare ci ha suggerito un ottimo ristorante nel quartiere e dato indicazioni su come muoversi in città! Molto consigliato! This apartment could not be better. Perfect location, perfectly clean, AC was most welcome in the city heat. It was quiet even though we were on a busy street. We loved it and would stay here over and over. Highly recommend and book without hesitation!!!

Unbeatable view! Liana checked in on us multiple times to make sure we didn’t need anything throughout the week. The instruction book was very clear with helpful instructions and great nearby recommendations. Highly recommend!

엘리베이터 있습니다 이게 유럽에서 얼마나 유용한지 아실거에요 숙소 건물을 나서서. 20미터도 안가서 코너를 돌면 피렌체 두오모 성당 입니다 진찌 위치 미쳣구요 6층이 끝인데 바로위 옥상에서 두오모 보입니다 숙소 소개 사진의 두오모 뷰 맞습니다 그리고 호스트분 엄청 친정합니다 저희가 영어를 잘 못해서 답답할텐데 쉽고 자세하고 친절하게 끝까지 설명 잘해주셨어요 방두개 /욕실 1개 있고 변기만 있는 화장실 하나더 있습니다 안원이 4명이라 화장실이 두개인게 너무 좋았습니다 이탈리이 전 지역이 숙박비가 엄청 비쌉니다 하지만 이곳은 그 가격 충분히 합니다 무조건 예약하세요

The perfect place to explore Chianti each day. We stayed 5 nights and it was just perfect. Great amenities, beautiful pool, bbqs and lovely areas to sit and enjoy the views and the sunset. Always fabulous to come home to. Our upstairs apartment was spacious, comfortable and all we required with a lovely view. We had great recommendations from Silvia which we followed up on. Great to have restaurants nearby. Reasonable- highly recommend.

We actually were unable to stay here because my husband was hospitalized in Venice. The communication and understanding us having to cancel was tremendous. We have stayed in the neighborhood before and loved the area and walkable to everything we needed. Also just a couple of blocks from the train station which made this more attractive. Hopefully we will be able to visit someday.

Top locatie, met prima voorzieningen. Het uitzicht is prachtig en een dikke plus voor de privé kookles! Niet twijfelen, gewoon boeken.

Ce fut un séjour court mais très bien. L’hôte a su répondre à nos attentes très rapidement et nous a tout indiqué. Le logement est superbement bien aménagé et d’une propreté sans égal. Merci à vous à bientôt

Marco’s place had absolutely beautiful views and was in the perfect location. All the major attractions were within walking distance and there was an elevator to bring up luggage which was a nice surprise. The balcony is the show stopper and we really enjoyed our stay.

Bryan en Marina hebben een waar groen paradijs gemaakt rondom deze fraaie oude boerderij. Naast Bryan en Marina zijn in het gebouw 2 appartementen opgenomen, benevens een derde appartement dat door anderen verhuurd wordt. De appartementen van Bryan en Marina zijn zeer smaakvol ingericht met een Engelse touch. Wij hebben daar heel veel van genoten. De mooie grote tuin en het terras wordt met elkaar gedeeld, voor het appartement is nog een klein eigen terras. De locatie ligt erg mooi en handig om de vele bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving te bezoeken. Wij vonden Bryan en Marina zeer hartelijk en we hebben veel leuke gesprekken met ze gevoerd. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

I would absolutely stay here again! The hosts were so lovely to communicate with, super accommodating and the space itself was a dream. Perfect for short or very long stays and in an excellent location.

A great experience overall: easy access to all attractions meanwhile far away enough from the over-crowded city center. Luca is super helpful, he gave clear instructions, offered to help arrange taxis, and suggested really great spots to visit and dine. The apartment itself is as described and large enough for two. The only thing to notice is that it’s on the second floor with narrow stairs.

Perfect in every way. Beautiful place to call home while in Florence. It had everything we needed and more. Sveva had wonderful recommendations that perfected our time in Florence. Coffee and gelato are steps away from the front door. SMN is an easy 10 minute walk, everything that we could have possibly needed was all in walking distance. We loved meeting everyone, and even had an opportunity to tour the museum, which was stunning. We will be staying here every time we come to Florence. Thank you Sveva!

A perfect stay in Florence. Mattia’s house is not only perfectly located with an amazing terrace but so welcoming with lovely relaxing spaces with incredible views , extremely comfortable beds, and attention to all those small details that make a stay special. We throughly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend to others.

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

It is a great apartment walking distance from all the touristic places. The host is very kind and responsive. The view of the Duome it’s a plus. I have only good things to say about our stay. Only thing to consider when booking is that the apartment has many steps to get in which was ok because we packed light.

We loved this space and when we come to Florence again we will most definitely book here. It was a cool, quiet oasis on the beautiful relaxing side of the Arno. The location was perfect with an easy walk to all the sites but also so quiet and peaceful. We loved the kitchen and cooked multiple days and sat on the sweet patio and enjoyed the local wine. The space was clean and cool and the layout was perfect for 2 people. There’s also a couch bed if another person or one or two children were there. Our hosts were so accommodating and friendly! We have so much love for this special spot in Florence.
