Holiday rentals with beach access in Friedrichshafen

I chose the accommodation because of the beautiful lake view and the quiet location. It was as hoped! I was able to reach my excursion destinations Friedrichshafen and Bregenz as well as Überlingen, Radolfzell and Reichenau well and without much time. The lakeside promenade in Uhldigen is definitely worth one or more visits, and in good weather you can enjoy wonderful sunsets. The apartment itself is attractively furnished and was spotless! They were beautiful days away !

We stayed with the children (15 and 18) for less than a week in Thomas's apartment and felt right at home. The location is quiet and you can walk to the lake in a few minutes. The nearest bus stop is only 100 m away, so you can easily reach all destinations on the Höri (and all of Lake Constance). I'm sure we'll be back!

We had a wonderful time staying at Adelheit's place. The location directly on the lake is fantastic and the house itself is modern, high quality and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Everything was very clean, thoughtful and architecturally really nicely made. You can tell that someone went out of their way to create a special place for guests. We felt very comfortable from the first moment and were able to switch off properly. It was a completely successful stay, for which we are very grateful. We would have liked to stay longer and will be back for sure. Thank you very much, dear nobility!

Nice, quiet and well equipped little apartment. There were flowers and apples at the table to welcome you. Communication with Annette worked out very well and we were able to arrive flexibly through the key box. The apartment is very close to the lake and a beautiful park. By bus you are quickly in Lindau and in 20 minutes on foot to Wasserburg. We had a very nice time despite not so great weather.

The accommodation was very nice and cozy, perfect for families, with many excursion possibilities in the area - The accommodation and Lake Constance are best reached by car. Eric and his family were very nice and gave us many tips.

Doro's accommodation is located in the middle of Überlingen in a quiet side street. The apartment is very cozy, tip top clean and has everything you need. Doro is a wonderful host, the communication went smoothly and the reception in Überlingen could not have been more cordial. We had a great time and would be happy to come back. Beautiful, stylish and relaxing vacation! The apartment with fantastic views of the lake immediately impressed us. Three large balconies, one in each room - and from each this unobstructed view. In the rooms, there is everything you need to live…and much more. The two bedrooms are quite large and the beds comfortable, blankets also good. The storage space here is sufficient. The two small, somewhat older bathrooms and the two-part, very small kitchenette are easily balanced by cleanliness and very good equipment of pots, dishes, glasses of all kinds, cutlery etc. From champagne bottle closures to multiple sockets, there is everything here. Everything worked as it should, including the check-in key box. We also liked the many dimmable lamps and enough balcony furniture with cushions. Frank leaves so much for his tenants, just great. Thank you, Frank, for your trust and the beautiful days in your wonderful apartment!

Had a very nice long weekend with 6 adults, 4 children and 2 infants. The host Julia is very friendly and accommodating, made us feel right at home. The house is just great and offers very good opportunities for families. Would love to come back!

With easy access and welcoming messages this characterful house was quickly home from home. The property is well maintained and furniture and fittings are of good quality..The kitchen is lovely and very well equipped. The location of the house is very convenient for public transport and easy walking distance to Lake Constance, a local well stocked supermarket and local bakery / cafe. As dog owners, the special welcome for our pet was much appreciated and the good sized well fenced garden was a great asset. The outside seating area was wonderful in the sunshine. Definitely a happy place to stay.

Check-in was very flexible and easy thanks to the videos sent. The house can accommodate plenty of room. We were 12 people (6 adults and 6 children) The amenities left nothing to be desired. Fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, large bathroom (and there were more than enough hand and bath towels) the house is very nice and modern, and everything was very clean. Trampoline, sandbox and other toys for the children. Very quiet location, beach within walking distance. A big thank you to the owner who is always available and very friendly. We would definitely recommend it.

A lovingly furnished apartment with wonderful views of Lake Constance. Ulrich and his wife are super nice and helpful at all times. We had a great time and would book again anytime. The apartment has everything you need and is in a quiet, idyllic location.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment. A very quiet location facing the lake with private lake access and prestine views. Check in was also very easy and flexible and the communication also was very friendly and Mark is very responsive. Cannot complain!

Our JGA with 12 people stayed at Base Camp for 2 nights, we loved it! An experience that's pretty unrivaled in the region. The fact that we were late for check-in was not a problem at all, Karl is a very nice landlord who was always immediately available via mobile phone if we had questions or a problem. There is so much to do in the accommodation (legendary basement!) and in the city that we didn't even have a "boring" phase after the 2 nights, rather we would have to come back again to do the things we didn't have time for this time. Also for the uncomplicated handling when moving out (garbage, empties) 5 stars and thank you! It is quite clear when reading through the offer what is available and what to take care of yourself, and so we didn't miss anything at all. Of all the guests, thank you again to Karl and who knows when the next one of us needs a JGA. :)

Pros: This place is beautiful. It's exactly like the pictures. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. Cons: The google map directions took us down a bike path that we were clearly not supposed to be on and that path dead ended so we couldn't get through. We had to back up and navigate our way back up to the main road and disregard the map directions and figure it out another way. The real road/bike path that did allow us to get to the house was filled with bikers who seemed angry that we were on the path in the first place even though there was no other way to get to the carport. So, that was stressful every time we had to leave or return. Aside from that this place is wonderful. We highly recommend it!

A great house cozily furnished with wonderful views of the fields and the local mountain Pfänder. Everything necessary for our (large)family vacation was available. We would book the place again anytime. Communication with the agency was straightforward.

The accommodation was the most beautiful of all in Lauterach. Both the apartment and the terrace were designed with a lot of love and very tastefully. The lemon tree, olive tree and fig tree are simply a dream. The tranquility of the surroundings and the bedroom, with a bed that feels like you're sleeping on clouds, provide a restful sleep. The whole apartment is very, very clean. Another reason why you feel so comfortable with Doris. Doris herself is a very friendly, dear landlady. How could it be otherwise? My wife and I had a great time in Manuela and Hermann's apartment. We were completely satisfied with the self-catering facilities and the good location near the city center, lake and Pfänderbahn. Communication with Manuela and Hermann was also great, always friendly and also proactive. We have nothing to complain about.

Super, great apartment with a very nice roof terrace. We felt very comfortable. Enjoyed the sunset on the terrace and grilled and chilled there comfortably. Wolfgang and his partner were very nice. Short distances to the island, apartment is very central and yet beautifully quiet.

The apartment is in a very quiet location in a beautiful house. The apartment offers a lot of space, a very harmonious decor and a mega well equipped kitchen. We felt immediately comfortable with our two boys (5&8 years). The communication was very prompt and accommodating. We stayed in the apartment for a week in the fall, where the heating was in operation. The oil taste was a bit in the apartment, but only in the hallway. In the bathroom, it smelled very strict, but it has a window, so you could also ventilate again and again. Thanks for the wonderful week at the lake!

We had a nice week in the apartment, Lake Constance and the natural beach are within walking distance. The natural beach with the water playground is especially recommended for children, pleasant shade from old trees even at very high temperatures.

Quiet, super-equipped apartment with good transport links. Everything you need. Highly recommended.

The pictures do not do this place justice. The rooms are bright and sunny. The location is ideal yet quiet. Everything can be reached on foot within 10 minutes or less including the lakefront. local bakery, restaurants, Edeka supermarket and train station. This town offers more restaurants than most surrounding towns and more activities making it an ideal base for a visit. The unit itself is very well equipped for a short or longer stay. There are even night lights in case nature calls in the evening. The host family are delightful and open to conversation or providing recommendations. The beds are comfortable and the rooms large enough to not feel cramped. The 2 balconies with awnings provide sun or shade as needed. A most comfortable stay and a place we recommend to anyone when in the area. We hope to return again very soon. Fyi, the off street parking and proximity to everything in town on foot is a big plus as the town has paid parking in almost all areas.
