Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Located in the first row of the lake right in front of the waterfront park in the center of Friedrichshafen. The apartment is ideal to arrive without a car. The train station, bus station and ships are a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building overlooking Lake Constance and the mountains. Unfortunately, Airbnb sometimes shows the apartment in the wrong place. For example, search for Blumen Sen, which is the actual location.

It is ideally located between the train station and the city center, directly on the Lake Constance cycle path. Shops serving everyday needs, train station, bus station, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. are a few minutes' walk away. It is 4 km to the fair. With private parking space, lockable bicycle storage and air conditioning. Fast Internet and Netflix.

The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.
