Absolutely beautiful & pristine place with quality cookware which we appreciated. Great bathrooms and bedrooms. Parking right out front! Only complaint was that living room area was extremely small. Location was perfect - 5 minutes to town, less than 15 minutes to Zugspitze, Eibsee, Partnach Gorge. Perfect for a family!

The apartment was perfectly appointed. Wonderful views, extremely comfortable and all the home comforts needed. A short and very pretty walk into town, where there are several nice restaurants and places for coffee and drinks . The view from the balcony is stunning. Britta was a super a helpful host, assisting us with restaurants and local information. Highly recommended and would definitely return.

We had a wonderful time with Maria in Geißach! The lovingly expanded Alpine-style hut is a real gem – very well maintained, cozy and idyllically located at the end of a hermitage. We especially liked the quiet location on the mountain, surrounded by orchards, where you can sit in the shade and watch the calves. The amenities were excellent, especially for our little son: baby travel cot, high chair and even a stair gate – everything was available and in the best condition. Despite the quiet location, you can reach Aldi or DM in a few minutes by car, and the area also offers many beautiful excursion options. Maria was a very warm hostess, with whom you immediately feel welcome. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful time at Theresa's in Pfronten! The accommodation was very clean, cozy and perfectly equipped – ideal for our stay with children. Theresa is a warm and helpful hostess who provided us with great tips about the area. The location is great: quiet, but still central, with a beautiful view of the mountains and many excursion options nearby. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

A great place, beautiful cosy house, close to the train station (2 min walk) that gets you to both Garmisch Classic and Zugspitze. Great host. Would love to ho again.

With one laughing and one wistful eye, we look back on our stay with Georg and Gisela. Nostalgic, because time passed too quickly and we could have stayed forever... A week was simply too short! Laughing, because it was so beautiful and we are already looking forward to our next visit to Waltersberg. We can only agree with all the previous great reviews. Georg and Gisela are wonderful hosts, as they could not be better: attentive, warm, helpful and in short people to like. The house was charming, cozy, sparkling clean and well-equipped as expected, the beautiful garden very idyllic, full of flowers and well maintained, the charming surroundings and the short distances to the most beautiful mountain and lake landscapes are worth a trip anyway. We had fantastic hiking weather - and the accommodation was the ideal starting point: In just 15 minutes you are in Imst to explore a scenic and alpine high-altitude trail with the gondola. In 45 minutes you can reach the highest waterfall in Tyrol (Stuibenfall in the Ötztal), and if you are looking to cool off, you can drive to the Plansee in 50 minutes and swim or walk through the gorge (Stuibenfälle meeting point for canyoning). The kitchen is a real highlight for self-catering - rarely so well equipped on Airbnb! Especially great: the guest card, which Peter proactively organized for us (thank you!), with which you can gondola in Imst for free every day. For families, there is a small sandbox, a large terrace with a fireplace and a spectacular view. Note: The terrace is shared with the neighbors. We were very lucky with them - nevertheless, a privacy screen would be pleasant when sunbathing while cooking next door 😉

One of the best AirBnb’s we’ve booked in an absolutely beautiful location. Would highly recommend, plan on booking with them again.

Amazing place! Just as pictured. Incredible view. So relaxing and close to get to paragliding, funicular, and hiking, biking or just walking. Very clean, great amenities. Everything you need for cooking including oils, spices etc as well as espresso is in stocked kitchen. Stefan was readily available to answer questions and was there when we arrived. Would give 10 stars. Highly recommend!!!! Wish we could have stayed longer.

We booked the accommodation early for the Zugspitz Ultratrail. Communication with Gabi was always great. We felt very comfortable during our stay. We didn't miss anything! We say "thank you" and maybe see you soon!

We were able to spend a great vacation in the beautiful apartment. The location is great for great excursions and hikes - in a quiet part of Partenkirchen, yet within walking distance of the train station and Ludwigstraße. We managed without a car with public transport thanks to the good location. The apartment is well equipped and well maintained. Everything you could need for cooking is in the kitchen and the view from the balcony to the Zugspitze is simply beautiful. Everything is very cozy and especially the bed is super comfortable. Stephi was always available and very friendly. The only two small shortcomings (for us personally) were the many cobwebs in the bedroom and the noise level of the house, which was quite busy at the end of our vacation. But both are certainly also a matter of perception :-) Thanks for the wonderful time!

VERY clean, modern, nice apartment in walking distance to everything. Location is on the busy main road but the windows/doors are incredibly thick so you couldn’t hear traffic at all- very quiet. Wonderful appliances including washer/dryer. Proactive communication from host with helpful info on the area for visitors- thank you for a nice stay!

We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation, everything corresponded to the description 100% and we felt very comfortable, especially because the hosts always made us feel welcome. They were incredibly warm and always there for you, so we can only recommend this apartment to everyone and will gladly come back. The apartment was very centrally located and you could do activities in the center of Garmisch and also Partenkirchen on foot from there as well as many walks and hikes to the nearby lakes, huts and sights. The accommodation totally met our expectations. The cleanliness and amenities were as described in the listing. Very nicely decorated and charming. The Garmisch-Classic hiking area as well as the Kreuzeck and Alpspitz cable cars were within walking distance.

The accommodation was extremely clean and tidy, but above all much larger than it looks in the photos. Very quiet location and beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony (in good weather). Andreas' recommendation to look at the waterfalls within walking distance was our favorite in the end. We found them much more impressive than the Höllentalklamm and if we had not set out in the afternoon, we would have liked to hike the black route all the way up to the hut. It is a perfect apartment for a small family with great views from the balcony. Christina welcomed us and was very kind to help us with some good recommendation on restaurant and places around.

We spent 12 days there on summer vacation in the preseason. The apartment is perfectly equipped, lovingly furnished and from the private terrace you have a beautiful view of the mountains. By bike or car, an ideal location for activities in all 4 directions. Simone was very friendly, unobtrusive and gave us some tips. We would come back anytime and can recommend the apartment.

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

The apartment is well located for both hiking in the surrounding area and access into Innsbruck. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The private outdoor terrace had tremendous views and was south facing yet still secluded. Small, well appointed supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Overall I would highly recommend.

The stay was indescribably beautiful. At breakfast with a view of the mountains and the golf course, we felt completely at ease - almost like at home! Thanks to the pleasant communication, we were even able to check out a little later, which was very convenient for me after participating in the ZUT. A very clear recommendation for all those who want to treat themselves to a visit to this oasis of well-being! In the end, I said to my girlfriend: "Shall we ask if we can extend for one night?" I think that says it all. ✌🏻🫶
