Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön! Tolle Lage und tolles Chalet. Alles war wirklich super. Einziger Punkt, der uns etwas irritiert hat, waren die Check in und Out Zeiten. Check in ist erst ab 16 Uhr.. wobei wir eh aufgrund der Arbeit erst später anreisen konnten, jedoch 10 Uhr auszuchecken, ist recht sportlich.. Hatten dies, nicht so richtig auf dem Schirm und haben verschlafen, daraufhin habe ich den Gastgeber kontaktiert und erklärt, dass wir verschlafen haben und erst gegen 10:30 auschecken würden. 10:25 klopft ein Mann an und ohne weitere Worte geht er ins Chalet um den Hot Tub zu reinigen. Kein Hallo oder Tschüss. Natürlich müsste man beim buchen auf die Zeiten selber achten, dies ist bei uns untergegangen. Trotzdem war alles andere super und ich kann die Unterkunft definitiv weiter empfehlen !

Stunning apartment that was even more amazing than the photos! The only problem was that our stay was too brief to enjoy the flat!

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine. Le gite tenu par Maikel et Britt est magnifique et très bien situé dans un cadre de moyennes montagne (1350 m) situé au pied du Hochkönig dans un cadre bucolique et reposant. Maikel et Britt sont très accueillants et conviviaux, toujours présents pour de bons conseils. le gite est très propre, spacieux, bien équipé et décoré avec gout. Le sauna est fort utile après une bonne ballade. Le village de Mühlbarch am Hochkönig est situé en contre bas à 5 km dans une petite vallée au centre de nombreuses randonnées et aussi une station de ski familiale. Nous recommandons.

A beautiful, large, comfortable, quiet well-stocked and relaxing space in a gorgeous setting, exactly like in the photos. Christine is an experienced, kind-hearted and warm host who greeted us warmly and took a lot of time to introduce us to the area. She even and drove us around to point out sights, restaurants and parking. We could easily take a 30 min bus right into Salzburg one day and also drive to a choice of beautiful lakes, in addition to many nearby sights and hikes.

Stay and place was great with a character. Only downside is due to no direct access to wellness facilities and no changing rooms, it makes great sauna and wirpool experience at some point not practical due to outdoor location and no comunal access from Genesis apartment. Thank you Host.

Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen! Als Gruppenreise wirklich perfekt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und enthält alles was benötigt wird! Besonders toll fanden wir das warme Fass!

Wir verbrachten eine Nacht zu sechst im Aster Häusl. Nach dem Skifahren ging es zuerst in den Wellnessbereich, der uns allen sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Aussicht aus dem Infinitypool ist wirklich beeindruckend. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war hervorragend – frisch gepresster Orangensaft, leckerer Käse und frischer Lachs waren mit dabei. Das Personal war von der Einführung in unsere Hütte bis zum Check-out durchgehend sehr zuvorkommend, und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Eine absolute Weiterempfehlung!

The apartment was beautiful. The views were great from everywhere in the home. The beds were the best I’ve slept on since being in Europe for over a year. The kitchen supplies for cooking were great and easy to use. The only drawback back was since we are not accustomed to how the TV and cable works we were never able to get it to turn on. But the WiFi was great so we just watched movies on our iPads. The apartment was pretty centrally located to where we wanted to go and there were lots of books and pamphlets on attractions in the area. I would only recommend the owners place an informational book or guide in the home for anyone not from Austria. Otherwise the apartment was amazing and worth it.

Bei Doris haben wir uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist super sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und total gemütlich – einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Doris ist eine unglaublich herzliche Gastgeberin, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail alles vorbereitet hat. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

J'ai passé une semaine magnifique ! Theresia et sa famille ont été très accueillants, gentils, de bons conseils. J'ai pu consommer leur lait, frais du jour. La maison est typique de la région, très jolie, très propre, très bien fournie. Elle est dans un endroit absolument fantastique, très calme avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. La météo était de mon côté et on se serait cru en été. La région est absolument fabuleuse, des lacs, des cascades, des montagnes, de terribles dénivelés ! Mon chien a été accueilli partout où je suis passée, restaurant, téléphériques, magasins (sauf alimentation). Il a été bien sûr accepté par Thérésia. J'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Merci Theresia pour cette semaine que je n'oublierai pas de sitôt.

Wonderful little appartment in the middle of Kitzbühel. A steep but easy wonder in to town means you don't really need to get into the car if you don't want to. Everything you need for a comfortable stay and a wonderful host to help with anything else you need.

Isabel war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir fragen gehabt haben, hat Sie sofort geantwortet. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt und angenehm. Kann ich gerne weiterempfehlen.

Compact and homely apartment. Easy to find and centrally located. Kate was a great host helping with directions to the apartment, arranging for us to leave our bags a little longer on the last day and very kindly arranging a hair dryer to be delivered to the apartment as the apartment one had gone AWOL. Highly recommend!

Sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Der Hof liegt sehr idyllisch. Wir hatten leider Pech mit dem Wetter (viel Regen), aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts. Bei schönem Wetter bestimmt noch besser, da auch ein schöner Garten dabei ist. Aber selbst bei Regen war es in der Unterkunft selbst recht gemütlich und es gab sogar eine Auswahl an Spielen. Ich würde sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Le logement est mignon, très agréable, bien équipé avec en sus de quoi occuper par journées pluvieuses (livres, jeux de sociétés...) sans compter les activités disponibles annexes (piscine, sauna, solarium, fitness, salle de jeu pour enfants, table de ping pong). De plus il est idéalement situé au carrefour de villes telles que Munich, Salzbourg et Innsbruck. Oberaudorf à elle seul vaut le détour et d'autant plus que le Tyrol est à portée pour varier les excursions. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour un séjour détente en Allemagne. Ce fut un petit bout de paradis.

Wir waren für 4 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Uns hat es sehr gefallen, die Wohnung ist genau richtig was die Größe betrifft. Auch das Schwimmbad war nach langen Wandertagen immer eine Erholung. Vor allem der Blick vom Balkon auf Watzmann und Jenner ist definitiv eine Erwähnung wert. Die Innenstadt war je nachdem wo man hin will auch in 10-20 min fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Alle weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten waren mit dem Auto in 5-10 min erreichbar. Das Gebäude liegt auf einem Hang, man muss also zum Beladen mit dem Auto hoch und es etwas weiter unten parken. Das ging auch problemlos. Kurzum: wirklich empfehlenswert!

Perfekte Wohnung für mich und meine französische Bulldogge. Alles hat super geklappt. Ich komm gerne wieder! Der kleine Garten ist im Sommer perfekt zum Sonnen geeignet und der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts.

Sowohl die Unterkunft als auch der Außenbereich wurde mit so viel Liebe gestaltet, sodass man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Es ist alles genau so wie beschrieben und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten wirklich tolle Tage bei Katrin und Ihrer Familie und können es nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung. Wir waren zu viert. Zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder und das ging gut für die Tage. Kleiner Nachteil: der Pool war nicht immer geöffnet und die Sauna war nicht an. Hätte man wahrscheinlich anmelden müssen. Schöne Umgebung.

Was a perfect place to start our Austria vacation. Was great to stay in the apartment with kitchen so we could cook for ourselves after long days of skiing. And the spa areas were a great way to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone to stay here.

Vielen lieben Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und diese wunderschöne Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Dass wir den Pool aufgrund des schlechten Wetters nicht nutzen konnten, wurde durch die Vielzahl an DVDs, Büchern und Spielen wieder wettgemacht. Vorallem unser 5-jähriger Sohn hat sich riesig über die große Lego-Kiste und den ein oder anderen Familienfilm gefreut. Ganz herzlichen Dank und vielleicht bis bald (wir müssen ja schließlich noch den Pool testen 😉).
