Excursion destinations, for example, at Lake Constance can be reached in 30-45 minutes. Furthermore, good shopping is available in Trossingen (3 km) and VS-Schwenningen (8 km) in 5-10 minutes by car.

Auch wenn es mal regnet, kann man viel unternehmen: Bodenseetherme Überlingen, Burgmuseum Meersburg, Schloss Langenstein mit Fasnachtsmuseum, Sealife und Shopping in Konstanz, Zeppelin- u. Dorniermuseum Friedrichshafen.

So you can arrive and depart stress-free.

The apartment is about 50 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen and a fully automatic coffee machine, a large living room with sofa bed and dining table/desk and a separate bedroom with a box spring bed (140 cm), bathroom with walk-in rain shower and a large terrace with seating. Free parking is available on site.
