We loved this little cabin, the only thing that stood out a little different than we were expecting was the “ocean front” aspect. We thought we were going to be staring at the coast from our doors. There was another building between us and the coast but it was still so close and accessible. The place was clean, close to Seward, and had a book full of local recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Would stay here again!

Beautiful place, very clean and very comfy bed. Super sweet owners and very hospitable. Would be our first choice next time!

Don and Jan were very accommodating! The chalet was beautifully placed with wilderness at your front step and as far as you could see! We had wildflowers galore greeting our every look out the windows and on the porch! The accommodations were clean and lots of details were thought of to make you feel like you were in the comforts of your home. We couldn’t possibly say enough nice things about our chalet or the our new friends, Don and Jan!

I’m so glad I found Sasha’s place. It was clean, comfortable, and easy to check into thanks to clear instructions sent the day before. The host was proactive, responsive, and friendly. The space was cozy yet spacious, with a great washer and dryer, adjustable desk, comfortable bed, fast WiFi, and a hot shower. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This house has all the things that you might want for an amazing vacation. It has many amenities including hand knit slippers, spices, hair dryer, extra umbrella, raspberry bushes behind the house, every kitchen utensil you could want and several necessities in the refrigerator. Trish was a wonderful hostess, made several local recommendations and communicated quickly.

Suzie's place was wonderful! Arrived in Seldovia for a couple days trip to bike around and explore. Her place was perfectly located within the historic boardwalk area with easy access to local roads and trails. The weather was pretty soggy for while we were there - we didn't mind! - but we very much appreciated Suzie offering us boardgames and an extra late check out to let us stay cozy while waiting for the ferry. We hope you have a great winter, Suzie, and thanks so much for hosting us <3

Scott & Esa are one of a kind hosts and their house is absolutely magical. Home sits on the big green lot surrounded by stunning mountains, water and clouds. Everything is the house is above and beyond. Everything is new, comfortable, clean and put together with the highest attention to detail. Chefs kitchen, knives, everything you can only ask for to cook is there. Comfortable beds, linens, brand new towels and a ample of space everywhere. It's easy to find it it. Hosts are like no other! kind, thoughtful, helpful. They left for us amazing home made muffins and gave us fresh eggs! they are truly one of a kind hosts. In all my years of renting homes ( 20+) I have never met such wonderful, big hearted family and stayed in the house that is as gorgeous, and special as it is. If you are considering Homer, don't think twice. This is a pure magic place and home of your dreams. Thanks you Scott and Esa for all the love! and plus - golf is just 50f away! its a plus :-)

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay here, being right on the river was such a beautiful setting. Our kids enjoyed the toys in the shared yard and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The bedrooms had nice darkening shades for the long Alaskan spring days. The guest unit has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were early for salmon fishing in the Kenai River so as far as fishing we fished a local lake (trout) and did a deep sea fishing charter out of Homer (halibut and cod). We were able to process the fish we caught into vacuum seal bags & freeze with the supplies in the breezeway which was a huge help. We were surprised how much there was in town also, there was a big grocery store just a 5 minute drive as well as other restaurants and shops.

We stayed a full week at Little Bear Den and loved every minute. It is such a cozy, peaceful spot. The amazing sauna with the glass windows overlooking the mountains was a special feature we didn’t even know about. Meg and Niko were really friendly and close by but gave us our privacy. Seward is a lovely spot with many delicious restaurants. I would highly recommend a stay at Little Bear if you are a nature lover!!

Levi was very responsive to our messages. He came in person to let us know that a request of ours would just take a little bit longer than previously told. He gifted us with halibut in the freezer. Everything was so clean. We loved the fire pit and were supplied with wood. We would come again!

Rebecca's place was perfect for our us. Plenty of room, lots of storage if needed. Extra blankets and pillows was great and the bed is very comfy. The back yard seating area is private and seeing the Alaska Railroad tour trains was a bonus. Host is responive within minutes!

This place was incredibly cozy and was perfect for what we needed. The fireplace heats up fast and the warmth retains quite well. There was perfect lighting, the bedding was comfortable and the kitchen had a gold setup. The directions to get to the place were very helpful.

A truly unique and fabulous place. Everything about this rental was thoughtfully designed and laid out. The bathroom was a major wow!!!! With dual shower-heads and a soaking tub. I will definitely be back here.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin in Homer, Alaska. It perfectly captured a rustic Alaskan vibe while still offering all the comforts of home. The cabin was clean, well-stocked, and had everything I needed—from comfy bedding to a fully functional kitchen. But the real highlight was the view: waking up each morning to stunning sights of the mountains and the Homer Spit was truly unforgettable. I’d absolutely recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax and take in the natural beauty of the area.

We booked this place last minute and were so happy to have a nice place to sleep and shower, it was perfect for passing through, I would definitely book again! It was clean and cozy.

Great place to stay for our tenth anniversary! Was exactly as described in the listing, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with a great view of the mountains from the back yard. Hot tub area was clean, private, and relaxing! We will definitely come back some time in the future.

This place is a gem and I highly recommend it. Wally is very thoughtful, courteous and professional; a great host. His communication was just the right amount, and he ensured everything was perfectly taken care of. This place provides a perfectly clean, comfortable and serene environment on the Anchorage Hillside. The neighborhood is located in an area with spectacular scenery and easy access to some of Anchorage’s best hiking trails and vistas. It is also convenient by car to everything in Anchorage, while letting you have your own serene retreat at the end of each day.

This property was perfect our stay in Anchorage. The house must have been recently built or renovated as everything was in pristine condition. The location was perfect for our excursions to various locations around Anchorage. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an excellent place to stay.

The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Great restaurant recommendations. They had fishing gear available as well which was a welcomed addition. Kept our feet dry and warm all day. All of the little extras really made us feel us at home.
