Cozy attic apartment in the city center. The east-facing terrace invites you to have breakfast and sun loungers in the morning. The central location takes a few minutes to get to the city. But it's also close to Lake Wörthersee. By bike it takes between 15 and 20 minutes depending on the driving pace. The train station, as well as the bus station are also only a 15-minute walk away. There is a parking garage just around the corner for parking, or there are public parking spaces in front of the door.

The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Von hier aus kann vom Einkauf über den Besuch von Kaffeehäusern und Restaurants bis zum Baden alles zu Fuß unternommen werden.

My apartment is simple but cozy and offers enough space for 5 people. It is very quiet and it has everything in it that makes the vacation pleasant. The beautiful Lake Hafner can be reached in 20 minutes on foot via a forest path! Lake Keutschach and Lake Wörthersee are minutes by car.
