WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

We had a very nice stay. The tiny house is cozy and very clean. Everything was super equipped, so that the most important utensils were there for cooking. The communication was also great and our questions were answered quickly. Gladly again!

This Airbnb was the best I've ever stayed in. First, because Mikhail was extremely friendly in welcoming us and explaining everything about the house. Second, because everything was new, clean and cozy! I recommend it and would come back! Thank you ❤️

Sanni's house really great for a ski vacation. The bus station is right around the corner and you are at the Schatzbergbahn within less than 10 minutes. The house is 600 years old, you can hear that of course. It creaks at every step on the upper floor and the wooden doors are also not tight, as there are partial gaps between the boards. If you speak a little louder, you can talk to the living-dining area with the person in the bedroom about it. Nevertheless, our one-year-old child also slept very well in the house (but there was more than just wood between our room and the floor below). There was a chair for him, a baby bed and even an extra towel was provided for him. The beds for the adults are very soft, you have to like that. The kitchen is well equipped, in the dining room there are some board games and upstairs a grand piano and a bookshelf. From the veranda and the garden you have a beautiful view of the mountains.

Fantastic house, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts. Had a great week with the whole family. Very nice that each room had its own bathroom and toilet. Had accidents with toilet seat, was handled very smoothly. Very sympathetic all!

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

We were guests of Maria and Josef for an extended hiking weekend. I can only agree with the previous reviews - we had a wonderful AirBnB experience in the best sense, as it was originally intended! You will live on the upper floor of the detached house - enough privacy, but also "family connection"! Maria and Josef have a big heart, are very friendly, open and helpful and gave us great tips for our hikes. The rooms are spacious, super clean, furnished in a traditional style, you have a great view everywhere, the balcony offers space to eat. The location is very quiet and surrounded by nature, yet you can reach the village for shopping or the highway in a few minutes by car and can also reach more distant destinations quickly. There is a lot to explore in the area, from easy walks to challenging summit tours! We immediately felt comfortable and welcome and would come back without hesitation!

Relaxed quiet location, easy to find and parking directly on the property. Franz gave us a great welcome and showed us the apartment. Apartment + terrace is super cozy and the kitchen is super equipped. Great location between Lake Achensee and the Wilder Kaiser for hiking.

It was a wonderful stay with breathtaking views of the mountains at the "most beautiful end of the world." Recreation is guaranteed here. The hosts Conni and Christian are kind-hearted people, with whom you immediately feel at home and who are there to help and advise. You can just tell that they are dedicated. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and has everything you need. We would definitely recommend the Basecamp and would love to come back.

The apartment is great and the location is also very nice. The kitchen is well equipped and the balcony is magnificent.

We absolutely loved Christine's place. It's located on the hills beside Innsbruck and has a great view of the mountains. It's a very serene and beautiful place and close enough to city's attractions. The house had everything we needed and more. She had placed multiple guides related to Innsbruck in the apartment, which is very thoughtful. Christine was very helpful and prompt in helping us out with any issues that we faced. we would definitely stay here again during our next visit.

A very nice short stay for one night. Immediately after arrival, Anna greeted us and showed us the apartment. The small apartment has everything you could want, even a baby chair was provided. The location is also great, as the Wendelsteinbahn can be reached in just 10 minutes.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Wattenberg, Austria. Wonderful stay in the Alps We had a fantastic time in this small, idyllic village in the Alps. Nature is breathtakingly beautiful – green meadows everywhere, clear mountain air and incredible views. There is a wonderful tranquility, perfect for switching off and relaxing. The place was very cozy and ideal for our family with kids. It had everything you need – spacious, clean and well equipped. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

We were at Mia's for an extended weekend on our way back from Italy. We immediately felt comfortable in the apartment, it has a lot of space, is beautifully furnished and has a great, large balcony with a great view of the Inn Valley and the mountains. There is a lot to do in the region, but Kleinsöll is quietly located, away from the hustle and bustle. Supermarkets and bakeries can be reached quickly.

This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely want to visit here again. Thanks alot Cristina and Ernst :)

We take the best memories from our 1-week stay in the beautiful and perfectly furnished apartment. The accommodation is highly recommended, corresponds exactly to the description and looks even more beautiful than in the pictures. Rainer is an excellent host who is always available for questions. Also, we found his provided information material perfect. We found everything very clean and the view from the balcony into the lush greenery is beautiful even in the rain. The region with a variety of well signposted hiking trails is perfect for active holidays on one side and slowing down on the other. The Schliersee is just a few minutes' walk away. Shopping facilities and the bakery are within walking distance in a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and had a great time. We really lacked nothing. Absolutely lucky! Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back :)

The best premium budget AirBnB: this is the best apartment near Munich and the surrounding area for a fair budget. Perfect choice for two people who have a car. (By car 35 min/by public transport 1h 15 min to Munich) It is really a fair deal, which is perfect for all young flexible people for longer but in my case also shorter trips. I thank you in advance for everything and it is clearly not my last time here 😉

The apartment is well located for both hiking in the surrounding area and access into Innsbruck. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The private outdoor terrace had tremendous views and was south facing yet still secluded. Small, well appointed supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Overall I would highly recommend.

We loved it all. A lovingly, very tastefully decorated and well equipped apartment with everything you need. And a great terrace with dining area and sunbeds, just great and cozy.
