Discover a modern environment that treasures its origins. In ancient times it was a Carretteria, a typical Sicilian structure, where the Sicilian carts were built and at the same time the straw was transported inside. There are many signs of that time, integrated in an atmosphere where you can breathe Sicily yesterday and today. The characteristic exposed stone, the peculiarity of the soft lights and the crackling of the fireplace, make the ambiance very romantic and characteristic.

The house is located in the heart of Ortigia close to Piazza Duomo, Teatro Comunale, Palazzo Bellomo, Palazzo Montalto, Piazza Archimedes Archimedean Museum, the Temple of Apollo. At walking distance from the Cala Rossa beach and access to the Solarium, near Pubs, Pizzerias and Restaurants, the stop of the electric bus is close to home. L 'accommodation is suitable for couples, business travelers and families (with children). Angela and I shall strive for excellent reception.

It consists of a cozy kitchen, a living room with a loft on which there is the bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a 20 sqm terrace, equipped with Wi-Fi. It is furnished and cared for in every detail to make your stay truly comfortable. The "Self Check-In" service is active, but I always prefer to personally welcome my guests.

The Loft in the Baroque

From the careful restoration of an old carpentry, this splendid loft is born, a few minutes' walk from the Cathedral of Noto. The loft is on two levels, the first of which has a large living room with an open island kitchen complete with appliances and a bathroom with a dressing room, toilet and bathtub. Located in an ancient stately home, through the internal stairs you access the room with adjacent terrace, complete with all the comforts and recently renovated. The room is a few meters from the Cathedral of Noto, Palazzo Ducezio and the fantastic Palazzo Nicolaci. It is about 8 km from the sea, 10 km from the Vendicari Oasis and 30 km from the city of Syracuse. Easily accessible from Catania Fontanarossa Airport (about 50 minutes by road).

"Vico Muccio" is in a central position, a few minutes from the main cultural attractions, bars, shops and local restaurants. The house, recently restructured, is nicely located in a silent alley of the old town with plenty of light.
