Irmgard's house Is really beautiful and comfortable, and even more than necessary equipped. They also provided us with some useful information about the surroundings that we really appreciated to plan everyday activities. Everything was perfect there and we really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed being able to be for ourselves. The location was simply awesome and offered many opportunities for exploring. We would book again at any time, there is nothing comparable in the area. Simply a gem in every respect!

The apartment itself is well equipped, very tastefully decorated and offers fantastic views. The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

Excellent home with plenty of space for a family of four. There are actually many board games, a grill, a gazebo and many personal belongings of the owners give the impression of home comfort (honestly I'm surprised by so much trust, many things are family memories, it would be a shame if someone accidentally damaged something). The infrared sauna is mediocre, except maybe as entertainment for children. But still it's very nice that it exists. Everything was great, the only thing that was a bit confusing was the constant gardening of the owner's parents. They are great, nice and polite conversation partners, but they lacked a little privacy. Still, I expected to rent a separate house with its own territory where no strangers would constantly come (although, I repeat, they are very nice people!).

We were guests of Maria and Josef for an extended hiking weekend. I can only agree with the previous reviews - we had a wonderful AirBnB experience in the best sense, as it was originally intended! You will live on the upper floor of the detached house - enough privacy, but also "family connection"! Maria and Josef have a big heart, are very friendly, open and helpful and gave us great tips for our hikes. The rooms are spacious, super clean, furnished in a traditional style, you have a great view everywhere, the balcony offers space to eat. The location is very quiet and surrounded by nature, yet you can reach the village for shopping or the highway in a few minutes by car and can also reach more distant destinations quickly. There is a lot to explore in the area, from easy walks to challenging summit tours! We immediately felt comfortable and welcome and would come back without hesitation!

We stayed in the apartment with 4 adults plus dog. We liked it all around and the apartment and the opposite are impressive. We felt comfortable Very clean and kitchen extremely well equipped. There were even bowls for the dog. The communication with Cord was also great, got some tips. We would gladly come back.

Fantastic, warm and perfectly furnished apartment. Thought of everything. Everything you need is there and more. The balcony and views are stunningly beautiful and big! The parking space in the underground parking is extremely parking. Silence “disturbed” by cow bells and birdsong. An ideal place to relax and enjoy nature. Franz welcomed us very warmly and showed us our booked apartment in detail, which we have not yet experienced (in a positive sense). The stay was therefore very pleasant and the location close to the panoramic cable car perfect for skiing. Happily again!

The stay with Johanna and her husband was quite wonderful. The two are two good-hearted and likeable people. Definitely recommend.

Everything is completely uncomplicated and pleasant. Super nice apartment, we would definitely come back and recommend it 100%. Everything was clean, nice and modern furnishings with plenty of space, we were 5 adults and two children and had the apartment Top 3. The sauna is also wonderful and the beautiful balcony invites you to spend nice evening hours. We were simply satisfied all around and felt comfortable at all times. Apartment is within walking distance of the Duxer Express. In the apartment is everything you need and there is enough parking space in front of the house. An electric charging station is only 50 m away. A capsule coffee maker would be the only thing to retrofit in my eyes

Beautiful stay in Matthias' accommodation, who was able to advise us precisely in our visits. The accommodation was perfectly in line with the listing, clean, warm and ideally located to discover the Dolomites. We particularly appreciated his responsiveness and kindness. A very nice experience that we recommend without hesitation.

Everything as described, Stephanie responded very quickly and the apartment has a personal touch. The location is of course great. Check-in is in person and you don't just get a key code, which we like. Everything was also provided for our child. There were plenty of towels and a small basic equipment in the kitchen such as tea, coffee, oil, cereal and milk.

We stayed with the family (partner, child and parents) in Bad Hofgastein over the weekend and enjoyed our stay in Andrea's accommodation. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Check-in and check-out were completely straightforward, Andrea was extremely friendly and helpful. A small downside was that it was quite cool in the house. Also the water in the shower took a long time to get warm and the switch from the rain shower to the handheld shower was hardly possible. Nevertheless, we liked the apartment very much overall and we can absolutely recommend the accommodation, especially because of the great location, cleanliness and the nice hostess. Thank you so much for having us 🥰

This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. The apartment is very large and in an incredibly beautiful location. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you could need. You can go hiking in the area, Saskia and Arturs know each other well and have lots of helpful tips for things to do. The two were totally friendly and helped us a lot. The apartment is highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable with Rainer. We were greeted super friendly and Rainer had some tips for us in Schliersee. If we had any questions, Rainer was always very quick to reach and actively supported us. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Schliersee, there are very nice walks and hiking trails in the area. The apartment is very quiet and also has a nice balcony. View of the garden, from which you can even see mountains. We will be back!

Karin is a really friendly host, she always responded quickly and helped us with all our requests and questions. Glad that the check-in and check-out are flexible, because the key can be picked up independently. The apartment is very complete, everything needed for a nice stay is present. The location is great, the AreitXpress and several supermarkets are within walking distance.

The accommodation was clean and it has everything you need, including great basic equipment in the kitchen and bathroom! I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to vacation in the area!

We had a wonderful time at the apartment. The location is fantastically beautiful in the mountains and in nature, so it is also very quiet. Of course, you need a car to go shopping, for example, but the shops are not far away. The apartment itself is extremely clean and beautifully furnished with particularly beautiful wooden furniture, you feel really comfortable. In addition, both the kitchen and the bathroom are equipped with everything you need, and everything is of high quality. The hostess was very easy to reach and really friendly and we even got a welcome and farewell gift, so we immediately felt very welcome and were really very happy. The area is particularly great for families, there is a great national park museum, a wildlife park and many hiking trails of all difficulty levels. All in all, we highly recommend the apartment!
