Holiday rentals with a patio in Neukölln

Spacious, clean, and comfy, with stylish decor. The washing machine was effective and our clothes dried quickly on the drying rack. Hand held (vs wall mounted) shower head was manageable. Convenient location, in a charming neighborhood, close to public transport and food options. The host was friendly and responsive. Would stay here again if visiting Berlin!

Beautiful place to stay and plenty of space of 6 people to comfortably live. Location is close to public transportation and greatly appreciate the host's for they extraordinary communication. They went above and beyond to meet our meets.

Magdalena's apartment is very well located for the S-bahn and it is close to a neighborhood with many cafes and restaurants. The apartment overlooks a courtyard and greenery. We were happy to be in the apartment, and it was a perfect starting point for experiencing Berlin. We'd love to come there again.

We stayed for two weeks while visiting family. It was the perfect place -- clean, quiet, lovely spaces and delightful garden views. Many fine shops and restaurants and a very good grocery store are about a 12-minute walk. The S3 U-bahn runs into the city centre, ant it's also a 12-minute walk. We've already booked a return trip! My family and I were in for a few days and Novi’s spot was perfect. Check in was easy because they have some one at the door of the building 24 hours a day. The place was exactly as the pictures portray it and it had everything that you would need, including a kitchen with all the proper chef tools, including high end glassware. Very quiet street but a few minute walk from the TV tower. Good restaurants. Hofbrau House Berlin, 2 minutes. The Beast, great steak. And all the the things you hope for in a nice neighborhood. Highly recommended

My girlfriend and I had a lovely time at this flat. Berat was very kind and allowed us to drop our bags off a few hours before check in. The apartment is lovely and really felt like a home. Would highly recommend:)

We spent a week here as a group of 6 friends and had a fabulous time. The house was generous in size, well laid out and beautifully decorated and furnished. We made full use of the fantastic kitchen which had everything even a demanding cook might desire, and shared great meals in the gorgeous dining room (which can comfortably seat 10 or 12). Having two supermarkets (Aldi and another one) within 5 minutes walk was a real plus.) The three bathrooms were great and the beds very comfortable. (The 'toddler bed' is in fact a full size single bed.) Re location: it mostly took us close to an hour to travel by public transport to destinations in the centre, something to be mindful of. We'd warmly recommend this place for larger groups.

Everything was perfect. One of my favorite airbnbs that I’ve stayed in. Location was perfect and apt itself was in this wonderful secluded courtyard. Apt better in person than even the great pictures show. Will definitely be back here next time in Berlin.

We immediately felt very comfortable in this special accommodation. The cottage is located in a very quiet street on the edge of a forest area and close to the lake. You first pass through a natural garden, where there are various resting places. The pallet chill-out corner right next to the entrance is particularly beautiful. Upon entering the cottage, you immediately land in the open living area, in the middle of which is the fireplace, for which a lot of wood is available. A steep little staircase leads to the upper sleeping area. Everything was very cozy and tastefully designed. We enjoyed our stay very much, which was also helped by the sauna. We highly recommend the accommodation, but also point out that it would be advantageous to have a mobile support, as it is already a bit off the beaten track.

Surely one of the best airbnb experience I have ever had! Nice place to stay to feel yourself peaceful in nature. Cozy guest house. Ozgur is very friendly and helpful, really enjoyed my weekend there! Highly recommended :)

Very nice accommodation, everything newly renovated, in a quiet location. Approximately 45 minutes from Berlin city center, also super accessible. Landlord was always easily accessible. Flexible check-in times after consultation. I can only recommend it, I'd be happy to do it again.

Amazing place to stay if you’re traveling by car to the Berlin area. The house has everything you need with a big garden around the house. The house has AC on the main and first floor. Nice shower and kitchen. It’s a 45 min drive to Berlin city center. There are two Netto supermarkets across the road one with a 350kwh ev charger. Parking is free across the road. There’s a shopping mall next to the village. A Tesla supercharger is 5-10 min drive from the place. Only point of attention for travelers is the stairs to the bedroom. It’s pretty small and a bit hard to manoeuvre when it’s dark and you want to get to the toilet on the main floor. Make sure to get some light because I banged my shoulder a couple of times because the flooring is extended a bit over the stairwell. All was well and we had a great stay.

Super nice contact with the host. Uncomplicated check-in, on request a slightly later checkout was also possible. The accommodation is very well equipped, everything you need for the stay and a super comfortable bed and a nice quiet terrace. I would be happy to stay again on my next visit to Berlin!

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We really felt at home. We loved the location and found it easy to take the U Bahn or S Bahn everywhere. A great neighbourhood and quiet street. Definitely recommend.

We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable. Perfect stay in Jill's flat. 100% recommand!

As someone who has stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s, I can say that this was definitely in the top 1%. My husband and I stayed here for a month in May, and it was wonderful to “come home” every day to such a comfortable, pleasant and expansive space. In addition to the elegant and creative design, we loved the light and views over the rooftops. I slept like a baby on the super comfy bed, lounged on the comfy sofa, and worked comfortably at the large dining room table. Two large bathrooms were a luxury. A huge walk-in closet. Delightful rooftop patio. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is on a quiet and bright street, close to multiple forms of transportation, cafes, restaurants, and shopping (giant supermarket across the street). Easy to get anywhere. Our host, Eric, was extremely helpful, a font of information, and a delightful and charming human being. He was very responsive both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, not to speak of moving in forever!

Great place! So close to public transportation. The flat is on the top floor, so there are a lot of stairs (no lift). I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with limited mobility. But otherwise, everything is definitely worth it! Absolutely gorgeous view from the balcony. Hosts are very responsive and helpful!

A perfect Airbnb. It’s a much bigger place than it seems in the pictures which was great for me and my friend. The WiFi was super strong for my video calls for work. Spotless apartment and building. and Tons of options for food and cafes and walking around just in the neighborhood A++
