The balcony is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. In the small but fine bathroom, you can bathe or shower, depending on your preference. In the kitchen you will find a filter as well as espresso machine, filled with coffee for the first days. The kitchen is equipped with all the equipment of the daily necessities, with a microwave.

The apartment is clean and tidy, is about 95 square meters, a balcony looking at the courtyard.

Have you ever spent the night in a Franconian vaulted cellar? You can try it out with us. The cellar is located in the outdoor area and can accommodate 2 guests. We provide 2 camp beds, so you only need to bring sleeping bags. The cellar has a temperature between 10°C and 15°C. It is therefore ideal for hot summer nights.
