In the house you will find a new kitchen with many dining areas and three bedrooms with comfortable beds. Ocean views are from almost all rooms. In the garden there is outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill for summer evenings. In case of rainy days, the afternoon tea can be taken on the porch.

Close to restaurants and grocery store. In case of bad weather, we have a water pallet bath house inside central Mönsterås. The cottage is well insulated so you can stay in the winter there. Newly renovated the whole house in 2024. Have two parking spaces on the property so you can bring a boat if you are going to fish in the Gulf of Mönsterås. No parties and smoking inside.

The house has a cosy porch with barbecue and evening sun. There is also dining table outside in the garden, amenities such as WiFi and AC. Swedish and German TV. From here you can reach southern Öland's rich range of art, food and nature. The house is located four km from Mörbylånga with a good range of shops, cafes, restaurants and services.

The area is rural and peaceful, and a large and lovely garden with many opportunities to stay outdoors. 300 meters away, there is a small hotel with a restaurant. There are several beaches in the area, the nearest 2 km away. Sweet chickens are on the farm, and there is an opportunity to buy fresh eggs. The place is a little paradise.

Stugan ligger i ett litet, lugnt och familjevänligt stugområde med fotbollsplan och boulebana. Stugan ligger 1,5 km från en av Ölands vackraste kuststräckor och solnedgång, och cyklar finns att låna kostnadsfritt. Snabbt Wi-Fi med fri surf ingår och stugan har även egen laddstolpe till elbil för endast 100 SEK per bokad natt. Stugan är rök- och husdjursfri.
