This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. All the facilities as bar, restaurants, supermarket, hairdresser, rent a car, discos... are at only 30/200 meters of the complex. Reception 24h and tennis. Access via lift to sixth floor, beautiful sea view from the balcony, walking distance to all night life amenities and 5 min to the beach. You will be in the centre of popular area so prepare for sea breeze walks and sunsets. Only suits couples but we would accommodate extra beds for 2 kids. Not suitable for 4 adults. We are family friendly apartment. There is tennis court in the complex.

The residence has a big swimming pool and a relaxing area where you can enjoy your holiday. Shops and restaurants are in a walking distance, and if you are finding the night life in less then 5 minutes there are a lot of clubs in Las Veronicas. The bus station is at 1 minute from the studio, so you can reach every destination in the island even without a car.
