Apartment has a spectacular location facing the Sea! All close by including the center of Caraguatatuba that takes 10 to 15 minutes by car. Balcony side to the Sea, where you sleep and wake up listening to the waves of the Sea. You leave the apartment turning the street to the left the sea and more calm, close to the river, for the elderly and children and perfect. Bakery, market, not walking from 3 minutes. Well-equipped apartment, the only thing it didn't have was the large freezer and drinking fountain like the photo, I think it was in maintenance, and that's fine! Super polite condominium employees, everything is always clean. Perfect Pool, facing the sea. It has the Jamaica kiosk facing, just across the street. It's worth it, it was the best stay I had! Teresinha was very solicitous with everything and I am super grateful, I will return yesmmmmm Super indico galera, you won't regret it.

The Apartment is very cozy super structured, the view of the pool and the deck is amazing. Well located next to the city centre as well as excellent beaches nearby to enjoy. Paulo provided information and great entertainment tips. It was very worth it, they were wonderful days, the next opportunity I will come back :)

I have nothing to complain about, just like the listing! A safe, quiet and nature condominium! Because of this has a lot of pernilongs, but the house has a screen in all the windows only need to pay attention to keep the doors closed. The condominium is far from markets, bakeries etc ... so you need to do everything by car, for us it was no problem, more I confess that sometimes it was too lazy to pick up the car and spend 15m just to get kkkk bread Hot showers, all the items in the house were working, garage for two cars and a very large yard, has a barbecue area, but it has drips in it, it was the only thing that gets in the way. Most certainly if we return to Caraguatatuba we will stay in this house if we were with the same number of people. Sleeps 10 people but a little tight! The instructions for getting in and out of the house are great, all very simple. We caught traffic and delayed to arrive, around 1am and all went well! Ameeei

The house's space is simply wonderful, just like the photos, very clean, pleasant and decorated. I felt at home! The kitchen is great, we cooked and were very comfortable. The pool and outdoor area are also wonderful. And the condominium is super familiar, beautiful, has a playground right in front of the house. A thousand stars!

I spent 5 days with my family, the house is perfect, beautiful, comfortable, clean, well located, equipped, cozy for big or small groups. Casa certamenge frequented by the owners which makes all the difference in care and details, zero full of mold, smelling bedding, laundry with dryer and washer, kitchen with all utensils, delightful pool with a shallow part that the children loved. And in the condo there is market, everything super practical. I highly recommend it.
