Juliana is a great host and the house is nice, convenient and perfect as a beach house. Has all you need to make your stay perfect. Security in the Compound is tight, sometimes too picky when it comes to guests entering the premises, even for a day visit. Plan ahead and register them in advance. Perfect and highly recommended. Close to the beach, with a view of the sea. We went to two beaches on foot, one we took a 15-minute trail, in which I recommend going prepared with tennis and taking some snacks, because the terrain is very irregular and there and there are no vendors and kiosks, but the beach is absolutely perfect. Our accommodation was equally perfect, we took advantage of everything the place offers, barbecue, wood stove and even sleeping to the sound of the sea and waking up with the same view. The place was clean, the host was always willing and has the basic kitchen utensils. Everything was perfect for us.

I highly recommend it! The Host is really very helpful and cordial. The house is a spectacle of beauty! We took a lot of family photos, the location is great, safe inside a condominium with a concierge, a few steps from the beach. Kitchen with countless utensils to use and Claudio left us a gift, a wonderful table wine!!! I recommend it.

The place is delightful, very quiet and well located in a perfect neighborhood for walking, with a market and other amenities very close and a few meters from the beach. The house is very well equipped and the hostess Camila was super helpful and quick to communicate. We recommend the place and on a future opportunity we intend to return!

Great family accommodation. Comfortable, safe, clean, spacious, bright, airy apartment, well located and easy to access with quick check-in. Located in front of the beach and in a strategic location to go downtown or to explore/visit neighboring beaches. The host is extremely attentive and her answers are quick and decisive. This is a great place to stay in Caraguatatuba/SP.

Completely Supriu what you were hoping for. A pleasant, cozy space with a beautiful view of the beach, well located with a 2 minute walk to Martin de Sá beach, restaurants, supermarket and other nearby shops. Leonardo was also super helpful, gave many valuable tips to enjoy our stay, left us a wonderful treat as soon as we arrived. I definitely want to come back more often.

Apartment exactly as described. The condominium is great, with very helpful employees. Extremely secure. It has a market that has everything so we wouldn't need to have taken anything abosulantly. Facing the beach, from the balcony of the apt looks like you are inside the Sea, beautiful the view. On the beach there are Bolt, Lancha and jetski banana tours. 3 bedroom apartment, 1 suite, televisions and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The apartment is exactly the one presented in the photos, the place is very calm, we stayed at the carnival and the movement only until 6 pm while people were enjoying the beach, the carnival mess was on the downtown beach, about 5 to 10 minutes by car from the place we were. We had a great stay.

I chose Mário's place to spend a few days relaxing and celebrating my daughter's one-year anniversary. The apartment is large and well equipped. The condominium has everything, it's very quiet and the neighbors are cordial. We love the pool, the game room, the kids space and also the well-equipped BBQ space. Besides all the condominium is very close to the beach, we don't need the car for anything. I miss breakfast with that sensational view.

Marta was an excellent host, from the beginning to our last minute in the house, which is wonderful by the way! All rooms extremely comfortable, the pool is a show apart. We were delighted with the gourmet area and also with the amount of utensils found in the house. Barbecue in a great location. The condominium is huge and has a pastry chef who is a sweetheart, she is a beautiful professional, recommended by the host herself, who helped me provide one of the best weekends for my family, without a doubt, I will return as soon as possible !
