The place is simply wonderful! Literally standing in the sand on a quiet beach 2km from the historical center. Well equipped with all we could need. It is well worth it. Miriam is very attentive and excellent communication. Excellent and highly recommended.

I will start with the house... identical to the photos, to be sincere... even better in person, all very clean, cozy, smelly and very well equipped. The location.. without words! just going to see which words do not define, who wants to rest in a little piece of paradise is there. About your Vavá, dearest person, an energy too good, always very attentive and helpful. I don't give any more stars because here it's only 5 kkkk Mr.Vaavá we'll go back saw! For those who will read this comment I speak, just go! Because at the time of leaving, the sadness of hahaha Sr. Vavá Thank you for everything! Your place is worth 10 stars.

Our first time at the house and we already know it will be the first of many! Besides being beautiful and looking like a paradise, it is super well structured and clean. The hosts were attentive and helpful! Comfortable beds, super complete kitchen… in short, absolutely nothing to point out. Besides the location being great, as we already knew. Quiet beach, calm sea and not much movement, and at the same time safe and close to all the shops you may need :)

The host was extremely kind and attentive. The house is charming! At every moment we discovered a new detail, and the accommodation became an event on the trip. Spacious and very comfortable property, very tasteful decoration and a wonderful view! We felt embraced by the house, such good energy that we felt when we entered. I recommend and will come back more often!

The place is sensational close to everything and with the Matinhos around it gives all the charm and brings even more peace! They are very friendly and still welcome us in a unique way. Very beautiful and quiet place. Even though it took a few closed days, it was still possible to enjoy the place with that wonderful view. I recommend it and I'll be back soon.

Great family accommodation. Comfortable, safe, clean, spacious, bright, airy apartment, well located and easy to access with quick check-in. Located in front of the beach and in a strategic location to go downtown or to explore/visit neighboring beaches. The host is extremely attentive and her answers are quick and decisive. This is a great place to stay in Caraguatatuba/SP.

I really enjoyed staying in the apartment. Extremely clean and organized. The apartment is all equipped, all brand new and clean. Near the beach, you can hear the noise of the waves. Clean beach with quiet waves. It has structure on the sand of the beach with kiosks and bathrooms, as well as restaurants, bakery, market… we did everything on foot. The host we answered quickly and the custodian who received us is super charismatic and helpful. Nothing to complain about. Super recommend.

We had a wonderful experience at the apartment! The view is simply amazing, facing the sea, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach. The space is super comfortable, well maintained and exactly as in the photos. The host, Rafael, was impeccable — always considerate and helpful, making us feel very welcome. Excellent experience. Without criticism, so that it is perfect I suggest maintenance in the air conditioning of the main suite ( does not cool properly ) and arrange for at least the ceiling fan of suite 2 to work, since there are technical difficulties for the corrective maintenance of the air conditioning installed in this suite. Another important detail is the fact that there is no hygienic shower in any of the bathrooms. An exceptional apartment like this one deserves special attention.

We have rented Mr. Joel's apartment every year since 2017 and he always very attentive, passing all the guidelines, I always ask when answering the messages. The apartment is close to one of the best known beaches of Caraguatatuba. I highly recommend the experience.

Facing the beach, from the balcony of the apt looks like you are inside the Sea, beautiful the view. On the beach there are Bolt, Lancha and jetski banana tours. 3 bedroom apartment, 1 suite, televisions and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The apartment is exactly the one presented in the photos, the place is very calm, we stayed at the carnival and the movement only until 6 pm while people were enjoying the beach, the carnival mess was on the downtown beach, about 5 to 10 minutes by car from the place we were. We had a great stay.

Josi treated me like a family member. Very satisfied, sorry it wasn't very sunny. In any case, I highly recommend the space.

The stay at Dirce's apartment was wonderful! Great, large, well-equipped apartment, the super hot porch! Great location, close to the beach and local shops. Dirce was super attentive and helpful, we went on the city's anniversary and she gave several tips from the schedule. Thank you, Dirce! We hope to return soon.

What a wonderful place, nature is an immersion, with gorgeous natural pools, breathtaking views, indeed freshwater houses is stunning! We stayed myself, my husband and my dog billy in the Lotus house and I have nothing to complain about, Cristina and her children from the very beginning have passed clear and objective instructions, all the staff are very attentive and polite, they have welcomed us very well. I only get compliments, recommend it and I will definitely come back more often.

Very cozy apartment, quiet neighborhood, there were many places to walk near the apartment. Natalia is very kind, flexible, and attentive. I went with three other people and we felt at home. It was a very pleasant experience, it exceeded expectations.
