I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a few days of rest and enjoyment on the beach, check in is totally easy, we will definitely come back many more times, we love the place!! We had a wonderful experience! The accommodation is exactly as in the photos: clean, well equipped and very cozy. The location is excellent, close to the beach and in a quiet area, perfect for resting. Juliana was very attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to answer questions and give tips about the region.

The apartment is exactly as described, I felt in my own apartment, all beautiful, organized, with utensils in the kitchen, air conditioning, the decoration is beautiful, has an oven, microwave and even watering hole! Since we don't like bustling beach we end up going to other beaches, but it's nearby too to get around. I'll definitely come back more often. The Hosts are to be congratulated!!!

Apt very good,well-created. Large and complete kitchen. Indoor ceiling fans. Tasteful decoration. Churrasqueira in masonry ( brick by view) on the balcony ....very helpful. Well-organized garage with wide vacancies. Pool looked recently renovated and heated. The very attentive employees and Larissa provided all support by responding very quickly ,when called. It was a great stay..... I recommend the rental

We really like the house! Espaçosa,with everything we needed, BBQ area, large backyard and Tbm parking! The co-host Tbm was very kind! Owner Henrique was very flexible at check in and check out! The location of the house is excellent,very easy to find and is 5 minutes from the beach and Martins de Sá walk! great for families! I highly recommend and we will be back! gratitude!

The location is great, it offers tips on places to visit and everything! The apartment is also very comfortable, a single suggestion would be to have a door there at the entrance where the hydro bath is, both for privacy (because it is open to the garage, when because of the mosquitoes there are a lot!) but it is normal because it is a coastal city, the whole city has it! If the environment had a door it would be easier to control this. Other than that tip, everything is perfect, we will return

Amazing property 5 min walk from Martin de Sá beach! With a large and well-kept pool, the house still surprises with two gardens – one in the charming courtyard, and the other in the backyard, where a couple of canaries delight. The outdoor area is perfect for outdoor dining, with two barbecues and a wood-fired pizza oven. Inside the house, comfort reigns: two cozy rooms - one with TV and wooden details, ideal for movies, and the other without TV, next to the fireplace, perfect for family moments. The kitchen is complete, the rooms are spacious (all equipped with a ceiling fan) and the mezzanine becomes a little corner to relax or play. The garage holds 4 cars, except pick-ups. I will definitely return. Host Talita is attentive and proactive, ensuring a perfect stay!

Nataly is a hostess dream, extremely solicitous, kind and flexible. The house is perfect, it was one of our best accommodations! We are sure to be back soon. If you're in doubt about renting this property, don't stay, you won't regret anything at all.

The place is delightful, very quiet and well located in a perfect neighborhood for walking, with a market and other amenities very close and a few meters from the beach. The house is very well equipped and the hostess Camila was super helpful and quick to communicate. We recommend the place and on a future opportunity we intend to return!

Home extremely beautiful, all photos match the listing. The rooms are airy, especially the third. The pool was great, bed table and bath impeccable. The very proactive cottage, We have nothing to complain about.

We were very welcome and the location befitting the listing. Great house, quiet and safe place! Full stay. I only recommend taking bigger pans if they need to cook for more people. We also miss a refrigerator in the barbecue area. In addition, everything is great.

The Apartment is very cozy super structured, the view of the pool and the deck is amazing. Well located next to the city centre as well as excellent beaches nearby to enjoy. Paulo provided information and great entertainment tips. It was very worth it, they were wonderful days, the next opportunity I will come back :)

It was all very good, the bad thing was that it was a bit of time closed, but it didn't stop us from going to the beach, the sea in front was quite agitated, I received recommendations from Mrs. Rúbia to go to the beach of Cocanha, arriving there, we like the place very much, recommend and would return again, a very clean and organized place, all very good
