Holiday rentals with a patio in Prutz

We stayed 3 nights at the property. Everything met our expectations and the descriptions. We'd be happy to come back anytime.

Beatrice was extremely helpful and very responsive. She helped with tips for the area, The apartment was well placed for our day trips. Had a lovely view. And apartment was clean. The rain did put a little damper but Beatrice cant be faulted for that :-) We had a lovely time in Wenns. One thing to note was parking in the allotted spot may be a challenge if you drive an SUV or MPV., especially if there were other cars parked. We drove an Skoda Octavia. We managed though. Want to thank Beatrice for her warm hospitality and kind consideration. Thank you!

Bettina is a kind and sincere lady who makes sure her guests are comfortably settled in. The amenities and provisions she provided exceeded our expectations like breakfast provisions, baking paper, butter, milk,etc. We are really thankful for that. The apartment is tastefully furnished and we love the balcony and terrace and the environment. Luckily, there was no construction works over the weekend when we were there. The only thing that I want to highlight is that the height of the toilet door from bedroom may be too low for some.

We had a wonderful week in Mötz. The apartment is ideally located for activities in the mountains and is well equipped. The view from the balcony is fantastic and the rest of the apartment is very spacious. Ursula is an extremely lovely and courteous hostess and we would come back anytime!

Beautiful cottage in great location! The house was very clean, communication with the hosts straightforward and friendly. The quiet location near Innsbruck was ideal for excursions and rest. Absolutely recommended!

Nikolaus' accommodation is definitely hard to beat in terms of value for money. For a more than fair price, guests have a nice, large balcony, a really super comfortable bed (unusual for us: we really slept fantastically throughout the entire stay) and the historic old town of Isny within walking distance. Parking spaces in front of the house were almost always available and if not, the alternative to the 100m away, really very cheap paid parking spaces is not bad either. For us, a personal highlight: the small mini dishwasher - something that is not available in many apartments in this price range.

Great place, close to several ski resorts, very complete home with everything you need and more! Nadine is a very friendly and responsive host, and has made our stay a fantastic one!

The place was top notch, just like the hosts. Everything was super clean. Norbert and Klaudia are very nice, attentive and helpful hosts. We felt very comfortable. The surroundings as well as the view were spectacular. Those who appreciate nature and a quiet neighborhood are definitely in the right place! Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and high-quality furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was forecast. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the large amount of wood. From Großweil, you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets, if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got just that. We had a great stay. The apartment is very large and stylish. You don't need anything, the amenities are great! The ski bus runs right outside the door, the apartment is clean and large and you don't need anything. The communication with Melanie was super pleasant and always friendly. Thank you for everything - we will be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The property is very cozy and homely. We had the peace we had hoped for in the midst of this great landscape. Selma was available whenever we needed her, but she was also discreet. Although the apartment is in the same house, it still feels very private. We can really highly recommend this accommodation and we would always come back here for a vacation.

Andreas was very helpful with information about the location. Nikolett was very friendly and responsive. It’s a very peaceful area and a nice place to stay.

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

We just felt comfortable! The apartment is cozy and nicely decorated. Everything you need is there! Plenty of room for two. The many windows and the protected balcony make the attic apartment bright and friendly. Despite snow and low temperatures, we were able to sit on the balcony in the sun at times. The contact was prompt and friendly before and during the arrival. And… Simone surprised us with tangerines and nuts. The apartment was perfect for us
