Circuswagon in the garden

We have a beautifully restored circus wagons in the garden with us. It is equipped with a large bed, a small kitchen and bathroom. Before the circus wagon is a small terrace with outdoor kitchen and seating area under the roof you can sit comfortably even in bad weather. In our garden there is a nice barbecue, which is available at any time. Our circus wagon is in Kümpfmühl district, from there you can easily reached by bike in 10 minutes to the old town. Wenn like traveling on foot, you can be in a 30 minute walk into the city. It take two city buses in 10 minutes distance directly in front of our house and convenient to downtown or to the railway station. Here are some shopping in the area, as well as petrol station with long opening times. If you feel like you are comfortable chairs for relaxing under the trees in the garden, or swing to the bikes and enjoy the beautiful city. We look forward to guests who want to experience another unique city break.

In a prime location, exclusive and charming 2-room apartment, first floor

Our lovingly renovated and very well equipped 2-room apartment on the ground floor of the old paper mill of 1539 offers coziness and comfort. It is about 57 m², very comfortable for two, but the couch in the living room can be converted into a comfortable queen-size double bed for two more people. There is also a shared yoga and exercise room (approx. 30 sqm) available, which invites you to do yoga, meditation, and punching bag training. Use at your own risk; parents are liable for their children.

The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The house with three parties offers privacy through its own access, but also a personal environment and contact person in case of problems. Lidl and bakery open on Sundays only 250 m away.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
