The apartment (48 m²) has 2 bedrooms (including Wardrobe) and a bathroom with toilet and sink. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area with 4 chairs and a large double bed (1.80 x2m) as well as in the next room a bunk bed with 2 x 0.90 x2m. The flair is incredibly beautiful. Our attic studio on the Danube bike hiking trail with a view of Walhalla was built in 2023. It is located in one of the first sustainable buildings in Regensburg in the municipality of Tegernheim. Regensburg with its medieval center is 7 km away and can be reached by bus, car or bike. There you will find an abundance of art, culture and culinary delights. In the loft-style attic studio, you can relax in the cozy dining area, on the balcony in good weather and plan the next day.

This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment).
