Apartment in an idyllic location near Regensburg

The apartment is about 45 square meters and has a separate bedroom with a double bed. In the living room, another guest can stay on the sofa bed. The new kitchen is fully equipped with all the important cooking utensils. Depending on traffic, Regensburg can be reached in 10-15 minutes. At the same time, the apartment is located directly on a small river with a bridge right outside the front door, which leads to many walking paths in nature. The apartment has a parking space on the premises.

Idyllically quiet apartment in the Laabertal on the edge of the forest and yet only a 15-minute drive from the world heritage city of Regensburg (also very good bus and train connections available). Great hiking and cycling trails (e.g. Alpine and Jurasteig) directly from the front door. In addition, Nittendorf offers a good supply of everyday necessities. Attic studio on the Danube Cycle Path

Our attic studio on the Danube bike hiking trail with a view of Walhalla was built in 2023. It is located in one of the first sustainable buildings in Regensburg in the municipality of Tegernheim. Regensburg with its medieval center is 7 km away and can be reached by bus, car or bike. There you will find an abundance of art, culture and culinary delights. In the loft-style attic studio, you can relax in the cozy dining area, on the balcony in good weather and plan the next day.

Our farm offers a 15 m natural swimming pond and is located in an absolutely secluded location on the edge of the nature reserve "Höllbachtal", between Regensburg, Cham and Straubing. With us you will find peace, beautiful nature, a warm atmosphere and a very cozy ambience. Our two gallery apartments with fireplace and pine beds leave nothing to be desired. In addition, we offer sauna and med. Massages. To ensure peace and quiet, we only take 2 guests per apartment.

Our cozy apartment is surrounded by nature, framed by fields on the beautiful river "Naab". It has its own entrance and a nice outdoor space to relax and eat. Your own parking is available. On hot days you can refresh yourself wonderfully in the Naab! From here you can take beautiful hikes, bike rides and excursions in the area. The center of Regensburg can be reached quickly by bike (6 km), by car in 15 minutes.

The approx. 50 square meters, bright and spacious apartment is located in the attic of our house from the 18th century. The apartment was recently renovated and fully equipped with high-quality carpentry furniture. The beautiful old town of Landshut can be reached on foot in just two minutes. The way to the center leads through the magnificent city park along the Isar or simply over the Isar Bridge.
