Holiday rentals with beach access in Reykjavík

Excellent séjour, le logement était propre et correspondait à la description. Les commodités autour du logement sont aussi un plus. Un supermarché est accessible à pied et se situe à 200 m. Une ligne de bus donnant accès au centre de ville de Reykjavik en 15 mn avec un passage des bus tous 15-20 mn. Les taxis sont disponibles également jusqu'à très tard la nuit a un tres bon prix. Communication facile avec Annel, tout a été simple pour un bon séjour. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

This location is pretty much in downtown, easy walk to everything about 5- 10 minute walk to all the cool stores, restaurants and bars also 5 minute walk to a few grocery stores

Sigrún was incredibly helpful and was gracious enough to allow us to check in early. She had clear instructions and the place is about 15 mins away from the heart of Reykjavik. The place is right by the water and was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed multiple “sunsets” from the shores. Thanks again Sigrún, we appreciate you and your place and will always remember it for our time in Reykjavik!

L’appartamento era al piano terra. Tutto l’arredo molto funzionale sia in cucina (il set era completo) sia in bagno (presenza di lavatrice e asciugatrice). In 15-20 min si può arrivare nel centro di Reykjavik. Ma soprattutto il supporto efficace e sempre presente di Sabine. Ritengo che questo sia il vero vantaggio competitivo in grado di dare sicurezza alla presenza e alla soluzione abitativa. Complimenti Sabine!

New, well stocked accommodations with a gorgeous view. Underground parking was a huge plus. Some construction in the area and not much around. But the stay was absolutely perfect.

Spędziliśmy tydzień w apartamencie wynajmowanym przez Dagnę i był to wspaniały czas. Apartament jest świetnie zlokalizowany na wzgórzu z panoramicznym widokiem na miasto aż po ocean. Któregoś wieczora za oknem pojawiła się zorza polarna. Raczej dla osób dysponujących samochodem. Mieszkanie jest wygodne, można poczuć się jak u siebie w domu. Są wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia. Dagny jest bardzo komunikatywnym gospodarzem. Szybko odpowiada na wiadomości i jest pomocna.

The AIRBB was very nice. The bedding and beds were very comfortable, great black out lighting. The location was convenient to downtown and the local coffee shop was a great option for a quick breakfast. The property was clean, the kitchen well equipped and there was good communication between us and our host.

Thank you for your great hospitality and life lessons while we explored your beautiful country! Our most breathtaking day was driving up to Snæfellsjökull Peninsula/National Park. Your providing a car with the airbnb was so appreciated- as was the pickup from the airport and the stop to see your "friend". Thanks for making us feel at home while traveling abroad.

Had an amazing time staying Pétur’s place. Plenty of space for my group of 6 adults. Location was great, right by a domestic airport that didnt seem to be used much because I never heard a plane take off or land. Location is great, within 5-7 mins driving to the downtown area. You definitely need a car but Id say that for all of Reykjavic in general. Plenty of parking, we had 2 cars. The bathroom upstairs has heated floors, which was great during the winter. For NYE it was perfect because we could see fireworks from all of the town and we got really lucky and saw the Northern Lights very clearly from his place, probably not common, but it was amazing! Magical trip, will def stay there again.

We traveled with an infant and since no one was using the place the day before, Hildur allowed us to come straight from our flight! It was so incredibly nice of them and my daughter appreciated the opportunity to catch up on some sleep. Overall, the place is beautiful, spacious, and had an incredible review. I’d recommend this AirBnb to anyone!

What a great place. We really enjoyed our stay here. Lots of room for everyone and such a great location - not far out of the city but very peaceful and beautiful. The favourite of the Air Bnb's we booked for our Iceland trip!

Det var veldig rent og pent når vi kom. Sigurdur var hjelpsom hele veien. Rene senger og rene håndklær ferdige. Man kunne enkelt fylle badestampen og sitte der om kvelden. Vi bodde der en uke med tre barn. Leide bil ved flyplassen. 5 minutt til nærmeste bakeri for å kjøpe ferskt brød til frukost og 8 min til bra matbutikk. 10 min å kjøre til sentrum hvor det var enkelt å parkere. Vi var på utflukt til Golden circle, red på islandshester med Eldhestar, beach ride- fantastisk! Tur med båt og såg på Lundefugler. En kveld på Sky lagoon. Da får man med seg solnedgangen. Kjøkkenet var enkelt å bruke, lagde middag hjemme, enkelt med barna. Vi hadde en veldig fin ferieuke, kan sterkt anbefales!

We stayed wishing to catch the Northern Lights and we were lucky enough to do so each night and be there for a huge solar storm. We ventured out the first night and after that realized we were able to stay comfy at our airbnb and see them both in the front yard and backyard. The house was spacious and our children 7 & 1 loved the books and toys available. We were offered a portable crib and high chair which were convenient. There were plenty of novels for adults and a variety of books on Iceland. There is a washer and large drying rack, dishwasher, and full kitchen which was wonderful since it is a serene spot you can relax and not run down the road 15 minutes for food or coffee. I enjoyed walking the road to the church and admiring the horses next door. The location is remote and going to parks or the city required an hour drive. Our host was gracious and extended our check out which was helpful. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a very comfortable stay & HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! Host: clear and thoughtful communication. The host made sure the place was well-prepared and comfortable for guests. Location: absolutely perfect for Reykjavík. The apartment is in a quiet, family-friendly building with peaceful views, and just a short drive from everything you need. It’s ideally located for daily hikes and provides easy access to highways—great for exploring Iceland without the hassle of city-center traffic. Also a convenient drive to the airport! The apartment: beautifully designed, nicely furnished, efficient, and minimalist. It had everything we needed: cooking utensils, appliances, dishes, washer/dryer, and a handy air-drying rack (an eco-friendly touch we appreciated). The entertainment area was cozy with a comfy couch and large TV. The bed was a bit snug but still very comfortable. A great base for anyone visiting Reykjavík & Iceland for nature, comfort, and calm!

Stop! Look no further if you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Reykjavik. This penthouse is spacious, beautifully decorated, very well equipped for whatever you may need, and sparkling clean. The hosts were fantastic— they communicated with us clearly and honestly and provided everything they said they would. We recommend them as highly as possible and would definitely return here on our next Icelandic adventure.

This stay was such a highlight of our trip! We really enjoyed the location in a beautiful peaceful neighborhood, right next to the bike/ walking path that you can take into downtown. Helgi and Titti are the best hosts! We felt welcomed as if we were one of their neighbors. Such a joy to hang out in the garden and drink coffees and pet their dog :) they have lots of good local reccommendations. Can’t imagine a better place to stay either as a couple or a solo traveller- can’t wait to be back one day, a very special place.

This was a great value for us. Really a nice size with plenty of room for the four of us. I had some questions while there and they were answered very quickly. We also got some great recommendations before our arrival from Amos, very friendly and helpful. The free parking was a plus but we did find that if you arrive later in the day/evening, you will likely have problems finding anything close. Would still definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a nice place near town.

Harbor Apartment was a great place to stay! Walking distance to all the prime sights made it convenient, as well as the many restaurants. So convenient!! Host(s) were so responsive, as well as the information shared about the area, the apartment and the restaurant suggestions made our visit perfect! We definitely will return one day!

Wir könnten nicht glücklicher sein. Es war für uns der letzte Stopp unserer Winterreise und die Gemütlichkeit der Unterkunft hätte uns fast nicht mehr nach Hause fliegen lassen. Die Wohnung ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos und das einfache Leben durch die unmengen an Gewürzen, Tees, Kaffee hat das entspannte Erlebnis abgerundet. Man sollte keine Schwierigkeiten mit (wenn auch kurzen) steilen Treppen haben. Für uns eine ganz klare 10/10! Wir kommen gerne wieder, sollten wir nochmal nach Island reisen. Vielen Lieben Dank für Alles und die tolle Kommunikation!

What an absolutely wonderful Airbnb experience. The apartment was beautiful and super-clean, and the view was stunning! We loved looking out the window at the ocean in the evenings, and we took a lovely walk along the seafront one morning. We took day trips to the Golden Circle and the Snaefellsnes peninsula, and we were an easy drive from Reykjavik. Best of all, Salvor Lilja and her husband were amazing hosts. We enjoyed a sunset soak in the hot tub, and they very kindly provided a selection of beverages and Icelandic treats. They also very thoughtfully left the apartment stocked with amenities like coffee, tea, milk, beer, wine and chocolates. We would highly recommend to anyone!

It is a beautiful space, quiet, and feels just like home. The amenities were excellent and made our experience in Iceland that much better! Highly recommend!
