Only a 5 minute walk to the tram stop. Minimum occupancy 2 guests. Parking for 1 car in front of the gate. Note small children: child safety devices in the sockets. By using fireplace, parental supervision is mandatory! Pets (cats and dogs) are allowed. Other pets are welcome upon request.

About 500 m walking from the apartment there is a Kneipp complex where you can relax after long walks.

There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen.
