Enjoy the peace and quiet at our idyllically situated farm in the Rottal region of Lower Bavaria. You will sleep in a shepherd's wagon, located on a meadow at the edge of our garden, nearby a pavilion. It is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed, a table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a hot plate, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and tableware. A full guest bathroom in the main farmhouse is available for your use.

Die komplett ausgestattete Wohnküche verfügt über einen 4-Platten Ceranfeld-Herd, Spülmaschine, Einbaukühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle sowie direkten Zugang zum Garten. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Zustellbett und einer Stereoanlage ausgestattet. Jedes Zimmer hat einen TV. Fahrräder können gratis genutzt werden.

Die großzügige Verglasung schafft die Verbindung zwischen Innen und Außen. Richtung Norden überzeugt der Fernblick von der Küche bis hin zum Bayerischen Wald. Auf der Südseite lädt die, auf der Holzterrasse stehende, Paletten-Lounge zur Entspannung ein. Das Sonnensegel und die stilvolle Bepflanzung sorgen für die Beschattung im Sommer.

The farmhouse with seminar and event room is also suitable for celebrations, bachelor parties, weddings, concerts, etc. The location near the city of Eggenfelden can also be used after 10 pm. The historic mill is right on the river, where you can also swim. In the old farmhouse you can live traditionally. The large garden invites you to barbecue and make a fire. Fishing is possible with a day ticket. In the cold season, a barrel sauna can also be organized.
