Equipped with healthy and ecological materials, it is located on the ground floor in a country house and yet in the middle of the district town: only a 10-minute walk from the train station, with restaurants and cafés in the vicinity. Thanks to the well-equipped kitchen and the terrace in the countryside, an evening "at home" is also really fun.

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Lass die Seele Baumeln. Du Wohnst in einem komfortablen Holzhaus am Hang direkt an den Weiden. Du entspannst du mitten in der Natur, und hast einen wunderbaren Blick über die Weiden und die Wälder, manchmal bis zu den Bergen. In Sauna und Hotpot könnt ihr euch vom Alltagsstress erholen. Wir legen großen wert auf Nachhaltigkeit, das Holz stammt aus dem eigenen Wald und die Energie beziehen wir von unserer PV-Anlage. Geheizt wird CO2 neutral mit Fernwärme aus eigenen Waldhackschnitzeln

Located in Perach, the holiday apartment Horst has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 80 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys.

There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Unser Ferienhaus mit 67 m² liegt ruhig in der Bayern Natur und verfügt über einen eigenen Garten. Der See mit Hundestrand ist nur 200 m entfernt, Angeln mit Schein möglich. Ideal für Urlaub am See und Urlaub mit Hund. Im Winter bestens geeignet für Winterurlaub & Skiurlaub, Wintersportorte wie Sankt Englmar ca. 100 km entfernt. Thermen und ein Flugplatz befinden sich in der Nähe.

From the balcony, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the well-kept Mediterranean garden due to the location on the outskirts. Kastl is a typical Upper Bavarian village between Altötting and Burghausen. It has its own train station and has access to the public transport network.
