Beautiful, bright apartment on the 2 floor with elevator accessible. In the room there is a large bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) for 1-2 people TV available with cableTV and Wi-Fi You live directly in Neu-Ulm. On foot it is about 7 min. to the center in Ulm and the Ulmer Münster and to the train station it is also only 3 min. There are nice little cafes, bakeries, restaurants and a shopping center just around the corner. We are happy to give you tips for leisure activities in Ulm and around Ulm. See you soon in Neu-Ulm

This beautiful duplex apartment is on the 2nd floor + attic of a cozy and beautiful house with garden in a central location. The apartment is beautifully bright due to the few walls and includes a bedroom under the roof as well as a large room with pull-out couch, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The apartment is very centrally located. The Danube is right around the corner: in just 5 minutes' walk you are at this and can walk from there to the city in about 12 minutes.

The distance to Legoland in Günzburg is about 25 km. The Steiff Museum in Giengen can also be reached in 20-25 minutes. Ulm is 15 km and there you have a lot of opportunities to pass the time. If you want to get more in the nature, you can visit the ice age caves in the Lonetal and Achtal valleys. A parking space is directly on the property. In the village, there is a bakery and a butcher. Other shopping possibilities are in about 6km.
