Great place to stay with a Dollar general across the street ! Friendly owner and a great space.

This was our first time staying at this location, and we would absolutely book this unit again. Everything was clean and the location to the beach and great restaurants was perfect. We loved having the bikes to ride to the beach, and to nearby restaurants and coffee shops.

We had a great weekend at Yana’s! The apartment was absolutely beautiful. Everything is updated and clean. The beds are wonderful and the bedding and towels are very nice. The view of the lake is amazing and the area is peaceful. We were able to get to either PCB or 30A area within minutes. We enjoyed the privacy and being away from the main PCB traffic but still having restaurant and beach options. Great stay!

We had the absolute best time at Keith’s place! Very well decorated and functional, you can tell They thought of everything and what you would need during your visit. The beach was very close by and it was nice to walk to everything without ever using the car! We would 10/10 stay here again! Keith and his team were very responsive and great to work with.

We loved staying here! The condo was exactly what it looked like in the pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. Astrid, the host, was also amazing from start of booking through the end of our trip. We look forward to staying here again!! 10/10 recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at Will’s place. The location is convenient to the beach and restaurants. The place was decorated well with everything we needed to feel comfortable as a family of four. They provided beach chairs and sand toys which we made use of. Overall this place exceeded my expectations and I’d definitely stay here again.

The most beautiful place!!!!! It’s even better in person than in the pictures! View is breathtaking and had me running to the balcony in the morning to see the view. Watching the sunset in the evening was one of our favorite things to do. The space was HUGE - way bigger than expected, extremely clean, and everything you would need for a stay. Everything is close and walkable. So many amenities, great gym, included parking, and chairs and umbrella. Truly the best experience we’ve had at an air bnb. We hope to visit often! The hosts very clear instructions and responsiveness made check in and the entire process beyond easy. There were tons of recommendations and our only regret was not booking longer! One of a kind stay!

It’s better than in photos, amazing view of the beach, very happy with the stay. Only downside is with wait at elevators but since it’s in 4th floor we were able to use stairs when in rush.

This sweet cottage was exactly what we were looking for. The location was prime! Steps from the sand and the dock. Smart TVs in every room, fully stocked kitchen, luxurious bedrooms with full bathrooms making each room its own sweet. We will stay again!

We came to this rental home with 3 kids to experience the beach for the first time. The home was so beautiful inside and out, and the perfect set up for our family. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. It had everything we needed to enjoy our time there and was a close drive to the beach with all of the gear we needed to spend the day playing by the ocean. It was a great and convenient home base to explore all of 30A and Panama City Beach area. We loved the rental, the whole neighborhood, and our stay, and we can’t wait to come back. Everyone loved this house. The rooms are nice, the family tv area is cozy, kitchen is great. I was in the upstairs master and the bed was super comfy and the shower was great. We loved the pool and spend a lot of time in it! The umbrella does tend to fall down pretty easily with wind but it was fine. The golf cart was the perfect size for us and we definitely used that most of the time. It was super convenient. We usually stay on the other end so we really enjoyed trying all the new restaurants in this area! Great location! Either walkable or easy with the golf cart. Definitely try Surfing Deer and VKI Japanese! So good! We loved this house and Beth had wonderful communication with the few things I reached out about. We would definitely stay here again!

Location and home absolutely ideal! Kitchen stocked beyond expectations. Plenty of pillows and towels. Soooo clean! Very comfortable place to stay.

Looked exactly like the pics. Well decorated and very clean. Appreciated the list of recommendations for bike rentals, restaurants, etc. An easy bike ride up to Rosemary Beach! Nic was friendly and responsive. 10/10 recommend!

Very good location, great amenities with private heated pool. Uncrowded beach. Ryan was very responsive with issues with dishwasher. Provided paper plates, utensils and cups and a credit to eat out. Good deal for the area, house needs some minor updates on deck otherwise would stay here again. Great for two families.

Our stay at Beaches and Dreams was nothing short of perfect! The home was beautifully maintained, incredibly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The attention to detail was clear—from the cozy bedding to the fully stocked kitchen and beach supplies. One of our favorite parts of the trip was cruising around in the golf cart—it made getting to the beach and exploring the area so much fun! We also couldn’t get enough of Blue Mountain Creamery—an absolute must-visit for a sweet treat. The house’s location made it easy to enjoy both quiet beach days and little adventures around town. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We truly felt at home and are already dreaming about our next visit. Highly recommend this gem of a beach house to anyone looking to enjoy the best of Santa Rosa Beach!

What an amazing home! Ashland was a fab host, and you can't beat the location and proximity to the beach. Literally steps away. The house was so nice, clean, and welcoming. My only recommendation is that if you're traveling with small children you'll need a baby gate as everything is on the second floor :)

Clean and quite spacious! The balcony was great and the ocean views were beautiful. We slept very well on the comfortable bed. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. They also had 2 beach chairs that we put to good use. Cant beat the location! Great stay overall

We had a wonderful stay here, condo was very roomy, could easily sleep 6 and not feel like you were crowded. It was very clean and beds were comfortable. The beach was a three minute walk and they had great beach chairs to use. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place for our family! Super clean and nicely renovated, easy beach access, beautiful view, lots of little touches that made it the perfect stay! We will be back!

This condo was perfect! My husband and I actually stayed in another one a few doors down, but decided to stay an extra day at Kate and Jeremy’s place. Kate and Jeremy’s was SO much better than the other one we stayed in. Their condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Perfect for two people.

Love staying here! So close to the beach and all the things we love in Florida!

the place was very clean, and confortable, It''s only 3 minutes walk to the public beach, there are beach chairs/ Umbrella available in the property. that was a plus. Very close to seaside maybe 10-12 walking. there is a bike shop 350 ft away. the bike rental was $25 for day and $75 for Electric. definately, I recomend you to ride a bike to enyoy 30A. its only 6.5 miles to go to Pearl hotel at Rosemary beach. please visit those places: Bunchy Bean for breakfast Bud & Aly restaurant at Seaside. Cowgirl Kitchen at Rosemary, and my favor place was Pescado Sea Food Grill & Rooftop bar. happy hour is between 3-4 pm. be there early to get your table to enjoy the view. The Big chill 30A is maybe 3 miles away, that was a shoping plaza with the stage in the center. Alys beach was a beatiful town with amazing houses. better than Santorino. its my personal opinion. there are signs around don't photography. I took my picture just to record my memories. defitnaly, i recomend Nordan place.

I have never been more impressed with any other host or property as I was with David and Joy and their beautiful beach condo. If I could give 10+++ stars I would! David responded immediately to any questions before and after booking. They were so friendly and accommodating. We stayed here with our family of 4 with 2 small children. They had everything we could possibly need including kid friendly dinner plates/utensils, a pack and play available, beach chairs/umbrella and toys. It was bliss waking up to sip coffee on the balcony watching the ocean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly want or need and was perfect with both a table and bar seats available. The ease to and from the beach was ideal for us. The location is truly perfect—a little over a mile walk or quick drive to the main square area of seaside or several sought after restaurants within walking distance. The beach is peaceful and private and not overcrowded. Already looking for dates next year!

Santa Rosa Beach is a fantastic hidden gem. The area is great with many pools and private beach. Susan’s place was awesome. Easy to find and access. King bed was very comfy. And Susan was an outstanding host. Proactive and super responsive. We will be back.
