Apartment in the basement of a cottage built in 2020. The cabin is located 970 meters above sea level, at the top of Holtardalen with a great view of Raulandsfjell. Skiin/out The cabin borders directly on the hiking and high mountain terrain east behind the cabin. A great hiking terrain inwards the silk valley. Short distance to many fishing waters and nice swimming areas. Simple and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. 10 minutes walk to the store and bathing place. 5 minutes walk to the bus. The home has a good, family-friendly layout over a flat and is a modern home with balanced ventilation and air-to-air heat pump. Living room and kitchen are located in open solution with integrated appliances, fireplace and plenty of space for dining table. At this place you can stay on the sunny side at Brokke. The location is central right by Brokke alpine resort and ski slopes. The area offers great hiking opportunities,hunting, fishing and climbing. There is an end apartment on the 1st floor and contains entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, bathroom/laundry room, living room and kitchen with exit to the terrace. 3 bedrooms with a double bed allows for up to 6 people. Parking by the apartment. Tenant must bring linen and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. The tenant must clean up after themselves.

Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. The bus goes about every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2 km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the upstairs apartment on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita cabin in sunny farmhouse") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great view of Totak and the mountains. 5 min to drive to the city centre with shops and driven cross country trails. 10 min to the ski centers. Great WIFI. Great summer hiking opportunities. Newly renovated ,stylish and functional annex in central Flekkefjord. It is located in a busy area,but appears well sheltered and isolated. Parking right outside. Nice little and warm patio and enjoy. Only 5 minutes walk to Flekkefjord city center and everything in the center. It is also close to restaurants and culture/open air offerings. Extremely versatile property that is great for singles,couples,couples and families with children. Can also fit workers. Bed linen is ready,but must be left on your own.

The apartment has a separate entrance to our house, has all the basic facilities and is only a 5 min from Evje! Perfect if you are traveling alone, as a couple or small family.
