Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sinzing

Sarah and Emanuel at Fynbos Apartments were incredible hosts. We stayed 3 weeks with my mother and partner after flying in from Canada for cervical disc replacement surgery with Dr. Bertagnoli. Staying here was the best decision, much better than a hotel. They checked in regularly, making sure we were comfortable, which meant a lot. The apartment was spotless with modern appliances, a clean bathroom (no mold anywhere), and fast internet. Beds, pillows, and layout were perfect. Quiet building with respectful neighbors. Underground parking with direct elevator access made things easier post-surgery. The terrace had beautiful sunset views, and the décor was personable and calming. Location is central grocery, downtown, pharmacy, and hospital all 5–7 mins away. School nearby but not an issue with windows closed. Did not effect our stay one bit or change our experience Truly the most communicative, thoughtful hosts we’ve had. Thank you Sarah and Emanuel it made a big difference. H,E,J

The attic house was very spacious and bright. It is a new cozy and comfortably furnished house with a beautiful bathroom. The house was clean. Recommended!

Beautiful, open-plan old building apartment with special character over several levels. The location is perfect – right on the Danube and in the middle of the old town. We particularly enjoyed the balcony and terrace, ideal for relaxing after a city stroll. Highly recommend!

We love Barbara’s apartment! This was the 4th time that we stayed there - it’s our home away from home. Barbara and her husband are lovely people - friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect - near 2 bakeries, 2 Italian restaurants and Kneitingers. It is also easy to walk all around Regensburg. We highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed staying here. The apartment is cosy, clean, comfy bed, great shower and we had all we needed for our self contained stay. Patrizia was extremely helpful with suggestions for the area. We had a fabulous walk from the apartment to Walhalla and back via an old castle. Great host! Tanja’s apartment was comfortable, well appointed and nicely furnished and decorated. Tanja herself was friendly and made us feel welcome and at home. This was our last stop in Germany before heading home after our son’s wedding and was the relaxing stop we needed. The surrounding area is beautiful.

I was already a second time at Kristina's apartment and this time more than satisfied. Everything was very clean and tidy. The apartment is located on a busy street. This did not bother me.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is very cozy, but modern. We especially loved the automatic pellet stove, which provided comfort in the morning and evening. The landlord responded immediately and very friendly to a request. We will definitely be back! Family B.

Great house (as described) with sensational garden directly on the Danube. Everything is available and the reception or contact with the host Mr. Beslmeisl was great. Shopping (Rewe) is nearby. For restaurants, however, you have to walk/drive to Kelheim's old town. I'm sure we'll be back.

We recently stayed 5 nights at the Hideaway in the Heart of Landshut. The house was truly wonderful! We went with 5 people spanning 3 generations and the setup was perfect. The ground floor and 1st floor are almost like separate apartments so worked great to have Grandparents on the bottom floor, parents on the first floor (second floor for you Americans) and the kids in the top attic floor. The proximity to the old city of Landshut was amazing! 1 minute walk to the Cathedral of St. Martin’s. Restaurants close everywhere and shopping as well. The Amenities were also terrific. The Kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable, and appliances to satisfy everyone including washer/dryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and espresso machine. In addition parking is included in a nearby garage. My family and I highly recommend this destination and will be coming back again soon.

Beautiful house in a very quiet area. You have to go a little further to do your shopping, but you get peace and quiet in return. The horses that occasionally grazed in the garden (they first ask if you are okay with that) made it complete. Highly recommended for hikers, cyclists and those seeking peace and quiet.

If you are looking for a relaxing place with a few people, you will be super satisfied here. The house and furniture are a little older but very clean. The sauna use was also mega!:)

We stayed at Tobias' house for 5 days and it was really great. He always responded very quickly and in detail and responded to every request/question. The pool was great, the accommodation is fully equipped with air conditioning/heating and we were able to charge our electric car without any problems - these were our highlights! Another important thing: the pool is not visible from the outside! You are completely undisturbed there, sometimes the neighbor's cat even comes by :) We will most likely come back again, all in all it was a great stay.

Great quiet location, with beautiful wide views over the fields and beautiful sunsets. Despite little water, the small pond invited to observe various animals and the birds of prey were also great to watch. Helene was also very kind and interested in our well-being. We will be happy to come back!!

Highly recommended! Very nice and quiet, nearby there are restaurants, an ice cream parlor and bakery. You can walk super, a great environment! Munich, Ingolstadt and more are nearby :) it's worth it! The hosts are super friendly and everything was very clean and in the kitchen everything you need is available. I'd love to come back :)

Short stopover with home office. Internet was very fast. I was able to make my calls. The apartment was exceptionally clean! I will definitely come back when I am in the area.

The house is wonderful, spacious, warm and beautifully furnished, everything you need is there and more besides. And a lovely sauna! Very kind and responsive hosts, they sorted out a minor hitch for us very promptly. They were friendly and helpful, left us to it but were there if we needed anything. Can't fault it at all, thank you so much, we had a great stay.

Beautiful Neuburg isn’t in many foreign guide books and maybe we should keep it that way. The apartment is smack bang in the middle of the old town but the contrast couldn’t be bigger: it is very up-to-date and has amenities that older folks (like us) don’t even know (listening to your favorite music under the shower???) Anyway, it’s beautiful and comfortable. We loved the BIG table, the couches in the television corner, the two small chairs at the entrance when you climbed 3 stories and needed (and wanted!) to take your shoes off. Simply great.

It's a gorgeous apartment! Simply super nicely decorated, you immediately feel at home. It was all spotlessly clean. The surroundings and the location were great. Quiet location, beautiful parking situation and very quiet. The blinds on the windows allowed you to darken everything well. In kitchen there is everything, cooking utensils really at their best. We'd love to come back next time! I would highly recommend anyone.
