The property is located in a very safe area, in the tourist heart of Playa del Carmen, about 150m/400ft from Mamitas Beach and the 5th Avenue. For your convenience, the building have elevators. Cleaning service at check out is included, for stays longer than 7 nights an extra cleaning service is provided free of charge. Extra cleaning service available on request, fee may apply. All utilities are included without limits except electricity which has an included allowance of 50 Kw/h per day which is usually more than enough . Excess will be charged at 6 Mexican pesos per Kw/h and can be paid in cash at the time of check out.
