Oceana Residences was in a perfect location and central to all restaurants, bars, and entertainment on 5th Avenue. Coco was very responsive and provided numerous recommendations for eating and entertainment for our family. I also provided recommendations on additional items that would be nice for our stay, and she was responsive to this. Although it was very hot and humid, it was perfect due to lower crowds- we often had the pool to ourselves or only a few other people around. I will say that the beach (Mamitas beach) was not very usable due to the high levels of sargassum. It truly is a problem this time of year, and although the locals are doing everything possible to remove it, it is almost impossible to keep up with. We ended up not staying at or walking the beaches at all, which was a disappointment. Other than the beaches, the trip was wonderful and we had a relaxing vacation!

Being a host myself I read reviews and want a clean safe place. This place checked all those boxes and more. This was a girls trip for my friends birthday We felt safe and well takin care of. We ordered groceries ahead of time so they were in the room when we arrived . Joel works in the office and was ABSOLUTELY so nice and helpful. All of the staff here work so hard. If you want a nice condo by the ocean don't hesitate to book . I would absolutely stay here again and trust me when I say I am picky. The apartment it’s beautiful. Perfect location steps away from 5th Ave, restaurants, and nightlife. Stefano was a great host, he was always available to answer all my questions. Would definitely be back!!

The Location Is PERFECT! I Book Places That Have Gyms Inside Of Them, And I Didn't Even Need It. It Is Directly Across The Street From A Full Track And Calisthenics Park. The Area Is EXTREMELY Safe. You're Directly Down The Street From 5th Ave, But You Will Hear No Festivities Or Construction Going On. Food Is On Every Corner. A/C Worked. Hot Water Worked. And You Have Your Own Private Balcony. I Now A Have Automatic Go To Whenever I Visit Playa Del Carmen.

An Unforgettable Escape — Thanks to Andrea’s Amazing Spot! Andrea’s team? Gisel, and Ari. Absolutely clutch. They didn’t just host our vacation, they made it. From the moment we walked in, it felt less like checking into a rental and more like stepping into a well-kept secret just three blocks from the beach. You read that right, three blocks. That means morning strolls on the sand, lunch at any of the countless nearby restaurants, and sunset views that hit different from not one but two private balconies. The space itself? Total gem. Icecold AC in every room, blackout shades that kept things chill when the sun was blazing, and still tons of natural light when you wanted it. The vibes? Immaculate. And the front desk? Warm, welcoming, and always on point. Oh, and did we mention the two pools? Yeah, leaving this place was the hardest part of the whole trip. Already counting down the days until we can rebook. If you’re lucky enough to snag a stay here… don’t think twice. Just go.

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

if all the hosts were like Adriana and Ubaldo as well as their son Emillio, all the worlds would have a great experience, we enjoyed them, they were always there for us .

Great and beautiful space. We were gone around and about most of the time but the bed and pillows are so comfortable! That was a big plus for us to sleep. Hot water and good pressure! The air needs to be adjusted, it doesn’t push enough fresh air. Coffee pods and the very organized loft with everything you need is really awesome. 😎

We came to Kippal Cozumel with my wife and kids, and it didn’t take long to realize we had found the perfect spot for a family vacation. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped – but what really made the difference was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. We truly felt at home from the very beginning. The kids absolutely loved the pool, the foosball table, and the pool table – it was hard to get them to leave. And we enjoyed the peace and quiet, the rooftop bar with relaxing music, and the perfectly timed, delicious margarita that made everything even better. It honestly felt like every little detail had already been thought of. The hospitality was top-notch and full of heart. Thank you for an amazing experience – we would absolutely love to come back again!

We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!

Wonderful experience, everything is very clean and tidy. They have details of a good host: soap and shampoo, fresh water for drinking, fully stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed the view to the pool, the Internet excellent, has screens in the rooms and the very nice decor, we want to go back! Nayeli is very attentive, friendly and attentive at all times, she provides excellent attention. Totally recommended!

WoW what a lovely stay we had in Playa del Carmen! The condo was as described: very beautiful, clean, quiet, outdoor balcony, the rooftop pool was a real must! We had our meals there and the kids bathed there every day. Super awesome irlanda! Very welcoming and quick answers to our questions. We'll go back for sure!

Great location in a quiet building. Great WiFi that made video meetings a breeze. Lots of comfortable places to relax inside and out. Thoughtful amenities included in the bathroom like aloe vera, sunscreen, and bug spray.

They were always on the lookout for us,everything was clean, the Depa and the spectacular fractionation,the super nice pools if you are booking a pool do it 1 day before, although there is a pool in common. All the people who took care of us were very friendly!!

I was amazed by how good the location was. Literally, a 2-min walk to the beach and surrounded by so many restaurants! It’s also super close to 5ta Ave, where there are a lot more restaurants and boutique shops. Host and team, including the referred taxi driver (Alejandro), were super great, timely, and responsive. The condo itself is clean and cozy— definitely a spot I’d recommend and/or come back to!

Thank you, Chris and the team! A special shoutout to Gisel for being incredibly responsive—even at midnight—welcoming us at check-in, and communicating so clearly throughout our stay. The Airbnb was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated having plenty of towels (a big plus!). The location was perfect—just half a block from the beach and steps away from endless restaurants and shops.

Our stay was incredible, we felt right at home, a pleasant and comfortable apartment with everything you need, my family and I were very comfortable apart from that they were always on the lookout for everything.
