Holiday rentals with a patio in Solidaridad

We had a fantastic stay at Gomez’s place! The apartment was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. We especially loved the tennis courts and the beautiful views — it truly felt like a vacation. There were fans throughout the space, and you could open the windows to let the lovely breeze in. The bed was super comfortable, and the location was ideal — close enough to walk to everything, but tucked away from the main drag so it was peaceful at night. The pool was empty most of the time so we practically had it to ourselves, and the security team was always around, friendly, and made the area feel very safe. Having a designated parking spot right out front was a huge plus, especially when we rented a car for day trips. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice place, in fact nicer than in the photos, Mary was always looking out for us, giving us quite useful instructions, there is Oxxo and super nearby, although transport is necessary to be able to easily reach the fifth Av.

Overall, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. If you're looking for a place that combines luxury, comfort, and outstanding hospitality, This place is a perfect choice. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Vianney’s spot was perfect for my daughter and I to stay as a hub while we explored a little of Cozumel and went scuba diving. Our host was super helpful in recommending a diving company and restaurants/things to do near us. We especially liked La Cuisine for breakfast, which is a block away, and Arabian tacos which is an 18 minute walk and fantastic. We hopped in the plunge pool at least 5 times a day /night. Great to have. We felt cared for and supported as visitors from another country figuring out our way.

Excellent place, everything is very nice, just like the photos. It's a quiet place if that's what you're looking for. We traveled as a family with children and a senior citizen, and the truth is that it was an extraordinary experience since everyone enjoyed the comfort and exclusivity of the facilities. The host was always very attentive to my questions before the reservation and during my stay. A highly recommended place.

Lori and Mark went above and beyond what is expected from AirBnB hosts, giving tons of recommendations and local tips and even helping with arranging transportation for my friends and me. They were SUPER responsive and friendly! The most gracious hosts I think I’ve ever had.

The home was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful and welcoming. The only issue was an unpleasant odor coming from one of the bathrooms, which we discovered was due to the toilet brush. Once we identified the source, we placed the brush in the backyard, and the smell was no longer a problem. The home was clean, the instructions were clear, and the property itself was stunning—just steps away from the beach. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

As an Airbnb Superhost myself, I have to say that Jade House was amazeballs!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will 110% return! Well appointed, extremely clean, and perfect style!

It is an excellent option for a family vacation since being within Playacar the rules and/or restrictions are quite a few, the house is perfect, attention and cleanliness too, the only thing I suggest if they rent is to bring their own personal grooming products since those offered in the house are of low quality. In General very good option since you are 10 min. walking from the best restaurants, bars and disco.

We had a magical week at Adolfo’s place with our family of 5 adults and 2 kids. The location is spectacular and the kids loved being able to play on the beach and jump in the pool. Early risers will love the sunrise view from the beach. The location itself is an amazing jumping off point to enjoy Akumal (great taco spots in town!), Tulum, and local cenotes and eco parks. We were a bit anxious about not having AC in the main living area but the breeze was beautiful and it allowed us to really embrace indoor/outdoor living. The caretaking staff are wonderful and very helpful - they helped us arrange for massages at the house and kept the property meticulously clean. We also took advantage of Chef Carlos’s services and are so happy we did. The house itself is very comfortable. Showing its age in places but we appreciated it being un-fussy - especially with young kids. The kitchen is well-appointed with dishes but you’ll need to bring your own basic cooking supplies.

I just returned from my vacation and with a very good taste in my mouth, Bely a beautiful person always attentive and helped me a lot in matters of transfer helped me to contact someone I trust which I appreciate very much. The place is very clean and with places nearby to buy groceries, highly recommended and thank you Bely for being so attentive 😉

The house is spectacular, the place where the house is located is spectacular very quiet with a playground very close you can see many wild animals. Highly recommended for families, essential to have a vehicle to get around why without it I think it can be difficult. The large and spacious rooms of the 4 only two have TV and private bathroom, the other two share bathroom and does not have a tv. The pool is spectacular with delicious water and at room temperature very appropriate to relax after a whole day at the beach. I recommend it 100%!!

Carlos's house is very nice and colorful. You feel like at home there. It made with love. My wife and I really liked our stay there. Recommendations from Carlos about cafes and beaches were great. It was also nice to meet Carlos. He is very responsive host.

The apartment it’s beautiful. Perfect location steps away from 5th Ave, restaurants, and nightlife. Stefano was a great host, he was always available to answer all my questions. Would definitely be back!!

Great and beautiful space. We were gone around and about most of the time but the bed and pillows are so comfortable! That was a big plus for us to sleep. Hot water and good pressure! The air needs to be adjusted, it doesn’t push enough fresh air. Coffee pods and the very organized loft with everything you need is really awesome. 😎

It is an apartment that matches the characteristics mentioned in the ad, the arrival time is flexible and it is easy to access. Ana Leticia, who was in charge of contacting me, was very attentive and very clear in her explanations to be able to arrive and access. The apartment is very comfortable and pleasant, spacious enough for a family of 6, the garden area is very quiet to spend a relaxing afternoon by the pool. The location is very good, very close to supermarkets and Fifth Avenue. It's definitely a place we'd go back to

An Unforgettable Escape — Thanks to Andrea’s Amazing Spot! Andrea’s team? Gisel, and Ari. Absolutely clutch. They didn’t just host our vacation, they made it. From the moment we walked in, it felt less like checking into a rental and more like stepping into a well-kept secret just three blocks from the beach. You read that right, three blocks. That means morning strolls on the sand, lunch at any of the countless nearby restaurants, and sunset views that hit different from not one but two private balconies. The space itself? Total gem. Icecold AC in every room, blackout shades that kept things chill when the sun was blazing, and still tons of natural light when you wanted it. The vibes? Immaculate. And the front desk? Warm, welcoming, and always on point. Oh, and did we mention the two pools? Yeah, leaving this place was the hardest part of the whole trip. Already counting down the days until we can rebook. If you’re lucky enough to snag a stay here… don’t think twice. Just go.
