Overall it was a pleasant stay that met the requirements. It would be great to add to the description that the full bathroom is located inside one of the rooms, also that it will have a fixed shower (it is a hose shower). The staff is very attentive and pleasant.

Emma was an amazing host!! Any thing you wanted or needed she was more than willing to accommodate. Emma always answers in a timely manner when needing assistance. I would highly recommend Emma’s accommodations they are located in a great area close walking distance to everything and ample parking for the scooters and or cars.

The place is very beautiful, apart from quiet, from the outside I didn't imagine what I would find inside, I would gladly come back

Excellent stay at Villas Segovia! • Good location: it is 2 blocks from the avenue where the restaurants are, also the Chedraui and Soriana supermarkets, cinemas and a square where children can have a fun time. You can walk from/to the center where the 2 Ferry companies operating in Cozumel are located or if you prefer, you use the service of a taxi for only 40 pesos. To go to the beach or another place you want to visit, they offer transportation service for a fair rate. • The room: nice, spacious, with a small fridge. • The staff: very friendly, cordial and helpful. Always ready to provide the necessary information to make your stay a great experience. • Good breakfast: fruits, sandwiches, quesadillas, eggs as you prefer, juice, coffee, water... • Pool area: Ideal to spend an enjoyable time, relaxing, snacking or just swimming. • They accept pets.

The location is great and great value for money

Amazing is what I can say. Service was impeccable, hospitality at it’s finest. The location is tranquil and clean. From the breakfast to dinner, to the monkeys and the rooms; a definite 10 out of 10. The accessibility to the attractions and local pueblos was great. We will definitely return! Thank you so much for giving us a wonderful experience for our first time visiting Mexico.

Mr. Encantó, it is a spacious place for two people, very cozy. In a very strategic area, I loved it. Like being at home 🩷

I had a lovely stay. the complex is beautiful and well maintained and very clean! I had some trouble finding the place because I arrived at night time. but despite my late arrival, they were very accommodating and nice. It is in a quiet area and in between PDC and cancún, so it is nice and quiet. next time I hope to try the wakeboarding park!

The accommodation was as it was in the description and photos, a quite quiet place since there was almost no one staying at the hotel, but everything was excellent, with regressive pleasure

Serenity Boutique Hotel was very nice! Easy to find, clean, great location! One short block from 5th Avenue! Looked exactly like the pictures.

A very central place, with a great location, a cozy space, with everything you need to feel comfortable and right at home, with the amenities and implements offered in the space, it met our expectations, in addition to welcoming us very cordially, good service and a cozy place, certainly a place to which in case of returning would be as our option to stay. This place has the ease of easily transporting tea to any point, , beaches, Maya train station, different recreation sites, 5th avenue, ADO terminal, and what is very easy to take public and economic transport to move to any place you want to visit, for example, the collectives charge 10 pesos and you can get in them to any of the mentioned places. It is also nearby shopping malls such as Soriana, Chedraui and Walmart. Thanks to Francisco and Guadalupe for their kind attention to every detail to make our stay pleasant.

Francisco and Guadeloupe were amazing hosts, we really enjoyed our stay at Casa Shambala. The room and common area were very cozy and clean. The kitchen has many useful tools to cook your dinner. There are nice bars in 20' walking distance, and you can get a colectivo bus from Avenida 30, 2 blocks away from the apartment. The hosts helped us with every question we had. I would definitely book there again!

Our room was on the third floor and was a large room and bathroom with access to the upper deck. The shared kitchen, living area and pool area were easily accessible and very well kept. The scooter we rented was in very good shape, and Dom offered us diving and catamaran services, but we had already made plans with friends. We met several people from other countries while staying there and it was nice to fellowship with them. But also nice and quiet to have our own private room. I would highly recommend this place for a group or large family gathering, as there are several rooms, and adequate space for socializing.

We really liked the hotel, in the reception they were very friendly upon our arrival and departure, the room is small but fair for two people, the bed is huge and as I normally check that there are no bugs like bed bugs or cockroaches I can assure you that there was no bug. The patio has a fairly spacious and clean pool, as well as a small restaurant that offers you a small and unlimited breakfast, or à la carte breakfasts for an EXCELLENT price, plus the guy who serves is super friendly and the delicious food. The 5th avenue is 2 blocks away so the area is super safe to go for a walk. The only observation I would like to make is about the curtains in room 32 are very chuecas and upon closing there is a gap where if they can look at you from the other balconies, I hope they can fix it. I would definitely recommend this option.

Everything was great! The place is comfortable and in a good location! The cleaning ladies are very nice and attentive :))
