Good and affordable place at a central location

My husband and I and our 3 kids stayed here and it was perfect! When we walked into the private entrance all 3 kids said “wow!” Our place was surrounded by jungle and a peaceful pool with waterfall. It was a perfect location, as we walked to Xplor park one day and xcaret the next day. Sara even offered and picked us up after a full late day at excaret, so we didn’t have to walk back in dark or get a taxi. Sara owns a cafe that is on the property. We ate delicious breakfast every morning, drinking coffee surrounded by beautiful scenery! We loved our stay here and would highly recommend.!

We stayed 8 nights and it felt like home from day one!

Camp Akumal is incredible! Seriously e everything about the hotel is amazing. The 2 pools are pristine and super refreshing, the rooms are clean and cozy and the location is great. Its a short walk to the highway where you can catch the local bus to anywhere you want to go. The owners are super friendly and very helpful and John, the manager is an amazing person. He checked me in, gave me great recommendations and advice and was always available for anything. I will definitely be back pronto!!

Highly recommended, close to the beach, the central and beautiful place, do not hesitate to stay here!

I recommend it, without a doubt, as seen in the photos, very quiet, the terrace is very comfortable, a very quiet area with all kinds of restaurants, ideal to arrive in the 5th av. I would definitely stay again

Highly recommend. We stayed for one week, working remotely and then doing activities over the weekend. The space was exactly what we were looking for: internet worked well, multiple spaces to work from, and a small kitchen. Leydi is very responsive and really friendly. We ended up using the bikes she had available, which were great for a local ride. If you want to bike the 40 mile loop, I’d recommend getting hybrid bikes (which is what we did). Overall fantastic and would stay again.

A great stay at Pepe's abode, a lovely little space and access to use the pool and garden was incredible. We loved our stay here, and everywhere was walking distance or a short taxi ride away. Pepe was very responsive and friendly and made us feel very comfortable staying at his home. We also loved Luna the cat. Thanks so much :)

Great little accommodation. Clean, comfortable, and a good price. It’s a little far from downtown but I’d rather stay here and take a moto taxi than stay in Al centro. Thank you for the great little cozy place! 😊

I felt at home from the minute I entered the gate of the special oasis that Marcela’s place is. The trees and the birds, the terrace for yoga and meditation, the cosy room I stayed in, the kitchen by the little pool, and the friendly atmosphere made the stay very special. And the ocean is just around the corner ❤️ 💙🌱

I absolutely loved staying here and would absolutely book again, if the opportunity presented itself. The guest house has everything you need to feel right at home, the pool area is clean and welcoming, and the neighborhood is lively and close proximity to grocery/parks/restaurants, etc. Karla was flexible with me on the check-in time, and was extremely responsive. 10/10 recommend. Home for those who will participate in the 70.3 Ironmam Cozumel is perfect, as it is in front of the start. House also very comfortable and exactly as the listing photos and unparalleled friendliness of the host who was always available to help. I highly recommend it.

The accommodation is immaculate. Clean Alberca, has a kitchen with everything you need, the room is always clean and the real estate in general is 10. It's close to Centro and there are quick ways to get around from the place I would come back with no problem on my next vacation!

Manuela, the host is very nice, accommodating and helpful, it takes about 10 minutes to walk from the house to the 5th. Avenue, I do recommend the place, I would stay there again! :)

It’s a nice and calm place on the busy Riviera Maya. The kitchen was better equipped than it looked on the pictures, with one hot plate and essentially everything you need to cook a small hot meal. The bed is probably around 130cm, so better suited for couples than friends. The owners gave us great advice where and how to get to the beach (since the whole coast is privatized)!

Such a special place! I had an amazing stay at Casa Darcy. The room is cozy and beautifully designed. Karina is a great manager and it’s so helpful to have Lazaro driving me around. I’d love to come back and stay here again.

Nancy was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and generous with her spectacular home. Our casita had all the little and big extras to make us completely comfortable. We were combining relaxing and working remotely and had excellent wifi speeds and the ability to take a break and swim some laps in her 25 meter pool! Nancy is so generous with her space— it almost felt like we had the whole gorgeous property to ourselves!! And she introduced us to a local Mayan liqueur that we now love — thank you for everything, Nancy!!!!

Had a wonderful stay and was very happy with the apartment. It was very quiet and the neighbors were friendly.

There isn’t enough words to describe this place, but let me start with paradise. The staff here were amazing. They overdid it with my mom‘s birthday. They had mariachis to start her day and my mom’s face was priceless also had a beautiful cake and the atmosphere was fantastic. I will never forget this day the staff were so great this experience was amazing. I will definitely come back. There is not enough words. I promise we are in heaven. Che is wonderful I can’t thank you enough for all the accommodations and going the extra mile for my parents and I thank you so much for this beautiful stay. I beyond recommend this peace of paradise!

This was the PERFECT place to stay if you are trying to make your trip affordable + enjoy all of what Cozumel has to offer. There are plenty of cabs (one of the neighbors is even a cab driver!). Very comfortable little oasis with a rooftop balcony! Everything is walking distance which was super helpful. Marnee was a great host, and she communicated very quickly anytime I had any questions, and she has tenants on the property (or next door) who you can also communicate with to answer any questions. The neighborhood is safe, and I went on many runs, even at night, and felt safe. I run and bike as my main hobby. There’s a bike onsite, but I was too lazy to air up the front tire 😂 I chose running instead. There’s a grocery store right down the street, and the main “downtown” square area is a 10 min walk. I walked everywhere, and that might not be doable for everyone, but this is probably where I’ll be staying when I come to CZM. The AC works well in the room, and for the price you can’t b
