Beachfront holiday rental in Solidaridad

This rental was in the perfect location! So close to the beach and 38th. We ended up barely going to 5th, but that was close too. We ate almost every meal on 38th. Every restaurant was delicious! The pool was great, not busy at all. Plenty of chairs and beds to choose from. The pool bar opens at 12 and closes at 7 I think. We did see people having coffee and maybe some food there in the morning at one point, but we aren't sure what they have as far as that goes. We did not see another breakfast option at the condos. The room is 1 floor above the building entrance to the right. Balcony looks out over trees and then Martina beach club is a block in front of that. We liked the privacy of looking out over trees. I will say on Saturday, the beach club was playing very loud music until 6 am. You could hear it thumping all night, even with the fan on. It didn't ruin our trip and we would stay here again, just something to keep in mind. Every other night was quiet.

Although we had a setback initially with finding the correct place, after that it was great! The apartment was just as described, maybe could have been stocked a little more, but any small thing we needed, Leopoldo was immediately responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

I really loved the residence, it's a very nice place, it looks just like the photos and it's a spectacular place if you're looking for privacy. At night it is usually noisy because of the location but that did not prevent our rest, Remmy was attentive at all times and I would definitely stay here again

We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!

The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach! The provided beach chairs were a thoughtful touch, and being so close to La Buena Vida Beach Club was a huge bonus with its pool, delicious food, and refreshing drinks. CJ and his team were fantastic—responsive, helpful, and attentive. This spot offers incredible value and is ideal for anyone looking to enjoy Akumal’s charm. Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved this condo and the location! The gym and rooftop pool are an amazing feature. It’s steps away from the quiet end of 5th ave and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The grocery store is nearby. Starbucks is a 2 minute walk for morning coffee. The condo is beautiful and I liked the extras (such as shampoo and conditioner provided). I loved it so much…. I stayed an extra day which Ronn facilitated promptly. He was kind and offered assistance but his instructions were so clear that we didn’t even need to ask him anything. Thanks for a wonderful stay in your beautiful condo! I will absolutely book with you again!!

The home was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful and welcoming. The only issue was an unpleasant odor coming from one of the bathrooms, which we discovered was due to the toilet brush. Once we identified the source, we placed the brush in the backyard, and the smell was no longer a problem. The home was clean, the instructions were clear, and the property itself was stunning—just steps away from the beach. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

This place was absolutely amazing! Hands down the best location in town—just two blocks from the beach and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We especially loved having access to the pool it made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This apartment is beautiful. The front two rooms have amazing views of the ocean and are very comfortable. We are a family of 5 and the space accommodates us beautifully. The two teenagers squealed when they saw their room with two queen beds and what felt like an additional room just for the walk in closet and bathroom space. Juliana was the most perfect host, quick to communicate and very very helpful. Access to the beach was close and easy, the pool area is HUGE and the restaurants on site made food options easy. The local shops and restaurants are a quick taxi ride, which Juliana assisted us with. There’s also a Spa onsite which was a surprise. The services are very reasonably Priced and while we went to the spa itself I do believe there is an option for them to come to the unit. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had.

I was amazed by how good the location was. Literally, a 2-min walk to the beach and surrounded by so many restaurants! It’s also super close to 5ta Ave, where there are a lot more restaurants and boutique shops. Host and team, including the referred taxi driver (Alejandro), were super great, timely, and responsive. The condo itself is clean and cozy— definitely a spot I’d recommend and/or come back to!

excellent place and location right on the beach! the pool and garden is also very beautiful. Perfect for our relaxing vacation in nature... it is located away from the more popular touristy area and in a large private condominium complex so it was very peaceful with lots of wildlife to see.

Michael and Ernesto were very proactive during my stay even when the air conditioning created massive condensation and leaked into the bathrooms, it was resolved and fully cleaned within a few hours. They were great hosts and would stay again!

The Airbnb was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated having plenty of towels (a big plus!). The location was perfect—just half a block from the beach and steps away from endless restaurants and shops.

Exactly as advertised - this is a piece of paradise. Natalie was very helpful, and her suggestions were spot on. The private cenote tour she recommends is one of the greatest things our family has ever experienced. We rented an electric golf cart for our week stay, as one of our family members tires when walking in the heat. We drove it to restaurants every day and were glad for it, although without mobility issues no cart would be needed as everything is walkable. Such an incredible location. We loved the beach access, the snorkelling, the pool, the balcony, the easy walk to snorkel in the lagoon, and also with turtles. The house keepers kept the place spotless. We took Natalie's advice and pre-arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport, and we stopped for groceries on the way. If you plan to cook, pre-shopping is a must.

Perfect location - directly on the beach. Beautiful condo that is well appointed and spotless with a great Italian restaurant next door. Very easy access to the beach. Marisa is incredibly friendly and helpful with my requests. Front desk/receptionists are also lovely. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Gomez’s place! The apartment was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. We especially loved the tennis courts and the beautiful views — it truly felt like a vacation. There were fans throughout the space, and you could open the windows to let the lovely breeze in. The bed was super comfortable, and the location was ideal — close enough to walk to everything, but tucked away from the main drag so it was peaceful at night. The pool was empty most of the time so we practically had it to ourselves, and the security team was always around, friendly, and made the area feel very safe. Having a designated parking spot right out front was a huge plus, especially when we rented a car for day trips. Would absolutely stay here again!

The condo is very nice and the location can't be beat. It is two blocks away from the beach and three blocks away from 5th avenue where all the restaurants, bars etc. are located. Also 15 min away from the Xcaret parks. The view from the pool on the rooftop is breathtaking. You'll enjoy hanging out on the rooftop. There's also a hot tub pool. The kitchen was very well stocked and it has a huge 80" TV in the living room. Very nice condo. I recommend you rent a car as the taxis gouge you in Playa del Carmen. A 10-15 min ride is $20 and 4 persons max.

Wow, what a place and what a host! I don’t really know what to say here other than the place is perfect and even better in real life, Terrence is an absolute joy to communicate with and we are super grateful to have spent the first leg of our 2 week holiday here. The area is lovely and quiet with an OXXO up the road (5 mins walk) and ‘walking beach’ down the road (20 minute walk with kids, quicker otherwise!). Highly recommend seeking out Crocodile Lagoon (walk to beach then follow the coast south as the route on google maps was blocked when we tried that), enter the jungle at the trash can/bin and follow it around and you’ll make it to the lagoon, just don’t tell anyone - it was so peaceful and the kids (10/6) loved swimming with the many fishes amongst the peace and quite. Highly recommend this place. If you don’t have a car, take the collectivo from the highway outside the resort entrance in either direction. Cross the road if you want to go to Akumal/Tulum direction. Enjoy :)

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! From start to finish, everything was seamless and exceeded our expectations. Hector and his team went above and beyond to make us feel truly special and taken care of — their hospitality was unmatched. The country club was a highlight of our stay — stunning surroundings, delicious food, and the kindest, most professional staff we’ve encountered. It felt like a home away from home, but with the luxury of a five-star resort. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Lori and Mark went above and beyond what is expected from AirBnB hosts, giving tons of recommendations and local tips and even helping with arranging transportation for my friends and me. They were SUPER responsive and friendly! The most gracious hosts I think I’ve ever had.

The proximity to town and restaurants is perfect. The dolphinarium surrounds the town which makes it fun to just walk to town for food, ice cream, drinks ETC. The unit is feet from the Ocean, pool, and more lounge chairs than people. Their is also plenty of shade for us fair skinned people who cant stay in the sun all day. The unit itself is well appointed with good TV for those seldom seen rainy times. Pesca herself rounds out the packge with her pleasant proffesionalism.
