Holiday rentals with a kayak in Solidaridad

Virginia was an excellent host. She has exceptional communication skills. Whenever we had questions (before and during our trip), she was quickly responsive. We were a group of 5 (2 couples in their 40s), traveling with my nephew. Not only was it a scuba dive vacation, it was my nephew’s high school graduation trip. He was blown away by how nice the house was. It was perfectly organized! We each had our own space on different levels. The multiple rooftop patios were amazing as were the rocking chairs and zero gravity chairs AND 2 pools! We dove with Aldora Divers and it was a 15 min walk each day, each way. We love to walk around Cozumel to select restaurants. So many amazing choices to choose from such as Ohana’s (next door!), the Distillery and Brewery at the end of the block, Maple Bakery, Crazy King Burrito, Kondesa, Cielito Grill, and Guido’s to name a few. We would return and we would highly recommend this home and Virginia!!

We absolutely loved this place. Our trip was focussed on scuba diving and our gang really appreciated the grand private bedrooms and solid flooring so nobody was woken by the early risers or late-to-bed peeps. The kitchen wasn’t ideal for group cooking but we managed several meals without incident! The pool was hot and the air temps were even hotter. The ac units worked perfectly throughout which was a great relief after a hot day out diving and exploring. We live the Spanish colonial architecture with curves and arches and of course, the Frida stained glass backlit art installations we just gorgeous. I spent many moments staring at them in the evenings! Enchanting We did not expect to enjoy the golf cart so much. The gated community is very safe although it felt very strange as a Canadian We are already planning a return trip Thanks so much Reinel for everything.

if you you are looking for a a spacious ocean front property this may be the place for you. Inside the home it has everything you could possibly need with a beautiful view. Beach area is low traffic and peaceful. The daily cleaning both inside and outside was refreshing as it can get quite sandy and keeps things looking fresh. There are a few restaurants nearby if you're looking for Mexico's authenticity. If you're looking for variety of food you will have to venture out a bit. as for activities there are sea turtles, ruins & cenotes nearby..if you're looking for night life stay in Playa or Cancun. Only negative is going to be the rocky beach. we knew this so it's less of a complaint & more of a warning, you must wear water shoes & still must be careful because there large rocks to navigate when entering the water. Some spots are better if you walk further down beach. water is clear & warm. Take the kayaks out, we saw a whale! Been to Mexico over a dozen times. Will stay here again

Patricio was a wonderful host and very responsive. The area was perfect, as you are a minute's walk from the beach. The construction was not very disturbing; in the downstairs rooms, there is more noise. The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and shopping, and you are a ten-minute walk from town. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable week-long stay!

Exceeded our expectations. Our group had 4 adults and 3 kids, three and under. It was perfect for our size and all the amenities made it an even better stay including but not limited to pool, direct beach access, kayaks, snorkeling gear, etc. not to mention the front row seats to the sunrise from every bedroom. With Poncho and Mercedes on the property, this was unlike any other Airbnb I’ve stayed at. They came in and cleaned every day, made beds, brought clean towels, and even did our dishes. They were incredibly attentive and very responsive. Highly recommend this stay, we will definitely be back.

Much better than the photos. They were super responsive. Pool was great. We'll heated. Beach was a dream. The housekeeping and property care performed by Chino and Anita was the best. The maintained everything and cleaned daily keeping the place spotless without being obtrusive. Chino maintained the pool and beach area. The sand was raked daily. The only improvement I can recommend is better water pressure at the showers. BTW, the listing says 5 bed/5 bath. It is 6.5 baths. The master has two full baths.

Claudia’s villa was the perfect place for our family of 11 (8 adults and 3 kids) to gather for a week long reunion. We enjoyed the pool, beach, kayaks, snorkeling equipment, puzzles, and toys for the kids. Spacious and clean, we had plenty of privacy. The cleaning staff came over to clean daily. We tipped the suggested $4 per person per day for the cleaning staff. We also had Maria the chef over 5 nights for dinner and we would recommend her services. Claudia also went above and beyond for us: A child in the group got sick and we were worried about needing access to a prescription medication we didn’t have with us. When I asked for Claudias recommendation, she was very responsive. She told us she has a doctor on call who can help with the Rx, and Claudia went to the pharmacy to get it for us! Our whole group left this vacation wanting to stay longer. We had a week of ultimate relaxation in paradise and can’t wait to come back!
