Segunda vez quedándonos en una de las propiedades de Paola, tuvimos una gran experiencia de nuevo, estaba muy agradable la decoración, la zona era muy tranquila de noche, el acceso a la playa fue el mayor atractivo pero lamentablemente había sargazo cuando fuimos, el guardia siempre fue muy amable. De la casa no tenemos ninguna queja, solo el aire de una recámara no enfriaba mucho pero de ahí en fuera todo bien. Al fin fuimos a la cafetería de Paola y está muy rico el pan, no pierdan oportunidad de ir. Y las recomendaciones de club de playa y restaurantes fueron muy buenas. Rentamos un tour y un automóvil a través de Paola y fue de gran ayuda. Sin duda volveremos de nuevo :)

If you’re looking for the perfect Airbnb in Akumal/Tulum/Playa del Carmen—this is it! The home is stunning: spacious, modern, full of natural light, with an incredible pool and views. It’s in a peaceful, safe area, and the host and staff go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. They offer amazing recommendations—massages, restaurants, chefs, yoga, boat trips, cenotes, and more. We used Chef Ricardo for most meals and highly recommend him! We visited for a bachelorette trip and were welcomed with themed balloons and a super cute setup. Despite last-minute changes, the team was extremely accommodating and responsive. Whether it’s a bachelor/bachelorette party, family vacation, friend getaway, or a relaxing retreat, this place is a 10/10. Huge thanks to Charlotte and team for making our trip so special and seamless!

Fui con familia y amigos y nos hospedamos durante 1 semana, todo funcionó perfectamente. La casa es bonita y muy acogedora, tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodo, la cocina está muy bien equipada. Las habitaciones muy bonitas, limpias y ordenadas. Los anfitriones siempre muy atentos, dejaron amenidades que nos ayudaron mucho como por ejemplo agua fresca 💧 Muchas gracias por su hospitalidad Nimsi ☺️

My family was SHOCKED the second we walked in the front door. I’ve seen a lot in my days, but this, IT WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING. BEAUTIFUL. RELAXING! Dominga adds so very much to this luxury vacation!!! We loved her!!!! We loved everything!!!!! If you are reading this review… do not look any further. This paradise home was 10++ you will not find anything as or more dreamy than PARADISE. WE WILL BE BACK. EVERYTHING WAS SO EASY AND THE WHOLE VACATION WAS SO ORGANIZED. COMMUNICATION IS PERFECT!! Thank you for allowing our family a dream destination to make memories.

One of a kind snorkeling and bay location. Private Oasis which is very hard to find in Cancun. Located in the middle of everything. Snorkeling equipment provided, meal service also provided and 24 hours security. Hot tub got very HOT!! Was super happy with the place and host. Will be back.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist nicht weit von 5. Ave. Auch der Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Es hat uns auch gefallen, dass es einen Pool im Wohnkomplex gab. Die Gegend ist sicher und die Nachbarschaft ist sehr nett und freundlich.

The place is in a good neighborhood. Close to the 30 Ave where there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Loved the rooftop area with the pool and palapa. I was able to work without any wifi issues. Great value.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely incredible stay at this Airbnb in Playa del Carmen! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The air conditioning and WiFi worked perfectly, and the bed was super comfortable. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach, amazing restaurants, and vibrant nightlife, but still tucked away enough to be peaceful at night. The neighborhood felt very safe and friendly. Our host was amazing—responsive, helpful, and full of great local recommendations. Check-in was seamless, and they even left a few thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. If you're visiting Playa del Carmen, do yourself a favor and book this place. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This place is excellent. I highly recommend staying here as its within walking distance to everything (beach, supermarket, and unlimited restaurants, bars, shops 5th Avenue and all the hot spots). The apartment had everything needed and more. We didn't use the balcony or the pool due to construction and dust everywhere, but other than that, it was excellent. You couldn't hear the construction from the bedroom, so it didn't bother us much. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable to me, but my husband didn't mind it too much. You can't please everyone with the bed, so it's fine. The room is really dark, so you will get some really good sleep in there. The gym is small, but had everything needed for a great workout. There is a sports complex right nextdoor too. Overall, I highly recommend this place as it has everything you need and more. we would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was clean and all was ready for our arrival. Carmen and Arturo were quick to respond to any questions and needs we had. The location is beautiful, safe, and within walking distance to countless activities, shopping, and restaurants. There is also golf cart service available if you don't want to walk. Clarifying note: there is no guest account for Netflix, just a small smart TV and you can log into your own streaming services. For the price we paid, we would definitely consider staying here again if we come back.

Stay here! Carlos is immediately responsive and accommodating. The building is safe and the apt: squeaky clean, quiet and comfy with all the amenities + breathtaking views from the rooftop pool. Located in one of the nicest spots in Playa and completely accessible to everything by foot. Really great experience!

Todo impecable. El departamento está a pasos de la Quinta Avenida, pero en una zona muy tranquila, ideal para descansar. En la misma cuadra hay un restaurante perfecto si prefieres llevar comida al depto y no salir, además de una farmacia cercana. Todo estaba limpio y exactamente como se muestra en las fotos. Un gran plus para mi es que cuenta con estacionamiento interior, ya que anduve en auto y no tuve ningún problema. Sin duda, una excelente opción para quedarse en Playa del Carmen.

Irias was incredible with the check in and check out process. She was always available when we needed her. The place is incredible. I just loved the roof top private pool! I have nothing negative to say about this property. I will definitely stay there again.

This was my second time staying with Ronn! It was so great the first time that I had to come back! 1. The condo is beautiful with a gym and rooftop pool. Inside the condo building there is a jungle setting that’s stunning! 2. It’s walking distance to the beach in a few minutes and steps away from coffee, breakfast, groceries, food and a quiet spot with live music. 3. It’s on the quiet end of 5th ave so you’re not dealing with the party animals but close enough to walk down for night life if you choose. 4. Ronn allowed a late checkout for my late flight. However, if another guest was checking in you can leave your bags with the secure front desk. This is the best place to stay in Playa!!

We had a great time, the place was awesome. Aside from the seaweed that is uncontrollable it was amazing snorkeling out in the bay. We are actually looking to invest in a place similar to this and this gave us a very good appreciation for the location. Definitely on the top of our list..

Definitivamente el mejor lugar que puedas encontrar en Playa del Carmen, el departamento se sentía como estar en casa, no le hace faltama absolutamente nada, tiene todo, su departamento y las instalaciones de lujo, las amenidades grandiosas, Olivia fue muy atenta y muy amable, caminar a la 5ta avenida era un grandioso paseo, son como 12 minutos, definitivamente regresare! el mejor lugar de Playacar está aquí!

Very nice and clean. Very close to attractions, beach 5 min walk and local Walmart 14 min walk. Outside patio and plunge pool was a great added touch. Also, a little bar next door to the condo building. Only downside was I wish the bed was more comfortable.

Andres ist sehr zuvorkommend. Es war extra Trinkwasser und frisches Obst in der Wohnung. Er war für alle Anliegen schnell zu erreichen und die Wohnung war sauber und wunderschön. Der Preis war es definitiv wert.

I can most definitely say this was one of our All time favorite places to stay!! The home was in an amazing location…walking distance to everything we needed or wanted to do. Corrina had a list of dining places that were spectacular!! We love to walk and explore and these surrounding did not disappoint. The private pool was a huge blessing on days that we just want to lay out and relax!! Thank you so much for hosting us in your beautiful home!

We came to Kippal Cozumel with my wife and kids, and it didn’t take long to realize we had found the perfect spot for a family vacation. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped – but what really made the difference was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. We truly felt at home from the very beginning. The kids absolutely loved the pool, the foosball table, and the pool table – it was hard to get them to leave. And we enjoyed the peace and quiet, the rooftop bar with relaxing music, and the perfectly timed, delicious margarita that made everything even better. It honestly felt like every little detail had already been thought of. The hospitality was top-notch and full of heart. Thank you for an amazing experience – we would absolutely love to come back again!
