Initially we had a bit of a hiccup but Nickolas was very responsive and addressed the issue. The location is very walkable to downtown, great restaurants and nightlife. If the college nightlife is your vibe, this is the place to be! If it is not you should consider bringing some earplugs especially if there happens to be a university event which gives cause for celebration, but the beds and pillows are super comfy.

We were struggling to find a place that would accommodate 6 guests, Luckily we found Audrey! She was very nice and communicative from the start and the space was a great place to stay. It was very cozy but still spacious with a very cute little kitchen that had everything we needed. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the hot tub was an awesome bonus!

We had such a lovely stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. One of our favorite things was relaxing on the front and back porch, enjoying the quiet and watching the deer wander by. One morning we even saw a whole family of them! The location was just right and close enough to the Sunriver Village for easy access, but set far enough back to enjoy some real peace, privacy, and a slower pace. We totally recommend this place!

We already recommended other parents with OU students to stay here for their future graduations, and of course, I would stay here again as well. The upstairs is a converted attic so the ceiling height is really low and the space is very tight, but doable for the 2 or 3 days. Also, probably better for 7 people rather than the 9 that is posted. The last 8-9th would have to sleep on the living room sofa bed, which is the only living space. There is a washer/dryer inside the house, but we did not need to use it. House was very neat and clean with nice and interesting decor.

The best Airbnb we've ever stayed at has gotten even better! The extended deck and fire pit made our visit perfectly comfortable for our whole group. Craig is the best host who had everything we needed and more. Plus he instantly responded to any questions we had. We cannot wait to come back and would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to visit Bend!
