Beach condo holiday rentals in Sunnyside, Laguna Beach

Magnificent get away reset R&R ! Dan was super detailed attentive, quick to respond. Supplies well equipped! Unit very clean , welcoming and comfortable. Felt like home away from home from the relaxing full size balcony extremely comfortable lounge chair rockers to the kitchen, extremely clean bathroom and luxurious master. Host has wonderful full length dark-out sectioned panels covering windows to allow for full beauty of Gulf to be revealed during the day and full darkness peaceful rest/sleep in the evening! Very spacious clean relaxing and classic❤️ You will NOT regret staying at Dan’s penthouse and loved staying on the East side away from direct sounds of Pineapple Willys but could still see. Only one item to mention, sofa queen sleeper was uncomfortable and gave for hard nights sleep but the days washed it away thankfully. I only mention IF someone needs to open the sleeper and sleep on. Otherwise the master was extremely comfortable, restful luxurious just like home

We had an amazing stay at Charla’s place! Everything was exactly as described and super clean. Very comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. Beach gear was a nice addition and a beautiful beach just out the door. We’d definitely stay here again!

Next time we are down, 100% will stay again! I love how it was little private and not too busy by the beach/area. The place was cute and had everything we need! Was definitely a cozy place

What a beautiful and relaxing place! The condo is adorable, clean, and cozy. We loved the balcony facing the ocean and the sliding glass doors we could crack open to hear the ocean. The condo is super cute, linens and bathrooms were very clean, and there was plenty of space. The kitchen was spotless and had all the cooking utensils we needed. The area is wonderful - beautiful beaches, lots of shopping, and tasty restaurants. It was a perfect place to stay for a girls trip! We will definitely be back. Thanks, Sherry!!

We had a wonderful vacation with our kiddos here! Splash has always been a family favorite resort of ours and when we return we plan to stay in this same condo again!

great place! room was super clean. it’s a great location. the only thing I would say is there were no plastic cups. I would keep that in mind if you have small kiddos. overall though, that didn’t affect our stay. I would book again!

This is my second time here and each time I leave I’m always so grateful for this little cozy Airbnb! Top notch hosts who are always quick to respond. The airbnb has everything you need PLUS beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to make the walk to the beach a breeze which is SO kind of the hosts to have for their guests. Carillon is one of my favorite places to visit in FL. Everything you need is right there and a publix and aldi are only 2 minutes away. They have a spa at the resort and adorable shops and restaurants. We love lake powell pizza, the little beach cafe and salty bottle and brew. The beach walkover is only a 5 minute walk through the Carillon neighborhood and all of the pools are top notch. I love the cleanliness of Carillon and this airbnb. The lake view is beautiful from the balcony. The Airbnb is so clean and they give you everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. You won’t regret booking this one!! Top Notch. The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

This unit is on the 20th floor that gives great views of the beach and water below. A beautiful place to stay with plenty of spacious room!

We had a marvelous stay! The location was right in the center of all the hot spots, and the amenities were fantastic! We loved riding around in the golf cart! For our first stay in Rosemary beach, the guidebook was fantastic at directing us to everything we needed to know! We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Peaceful Waters in Baytowne Wharf. The view off the balcony made you feel like you were in a forest, it was peaceful. Eric had great recommendations for local beaches, easy directions to use the facilities on site, and a closet full of items one would need to enjoy the beach! Easy parking, easy to walk to stores, restaurants, and the marina.

Carrie’s place was exactly as described. Great location, took about 3 minutes to walk to the beach. The condo was clean and well maintained. Both bedrooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable and had plenty of furnishings. Would recommend!! Thanks for the great experience!! - The Haney’s.

This was our second time staying here and we will be back again! Kemp is a great host, very helpful and ALWAYS responds quickly. Beautiful place with lots of room. Very clean and the view is amazing of the beach and ocean! Walkable to lots of shopping at adorable boutique stores and restaurants.

We had a great time staying at this location. It’s perfectly nestled between PCB and Rosemary Beach and this location is very private and secluded. The host was very friendly and responsive and we enjoyed lots of great beach time and restaurants. Some extra things to note about this specific location. The building that the condo is situated in is showing its age, however the facilities are kept in great shape. We saw the cleaning crew every single day we were there which made us feel comfortable about the facility cleanliness. You can tell a lot of thought was put into the remodeling of the condo. There are good amenities like the washer and dryer, fridge, stove, and bathrooms. Overall, I would stay here again! If you’re an avid coffee drinker, I highly recommend trying the Salty Bottle and Brew which is located on the Carillon Beach Resort just a 5 minute walk in a beautiful gated seaside community for delicious coffee and breakfast items!

We had the best stay here for our anniversary and baby moon! The location was ideal for anyone who wants to spend time at the beach and in beautiful Blue Mountain. The walk to the beach was as close as can be - just a matter of walking down the stairs of the building and the stairs to the sand! Another plus was the ease of parking and how walkable numerous restaurants were from the Airbnb. We didn’t even have to rent beach chairs and an umbrella thanks to the equipment in the unit! The balcony was perfect for relaxing after the beach and enjoying a cup of coffee and breakfast. Staying at this unit grants access to a private stretch of beach that was spacious, beautiful, and never very crowded - even on a holiday weekend! Grace was great at communicating and had the place prepared perfectly for us. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We had a phenomenal stay at this location. This was our fourth time at PCB and first at this spot. Here's my run down - Condo: Easy to find, very clean, well decorated, comfortable, plenty of blankets and some beach towels. Kitchen beautiful and clean. We did have an issue with the dishwasher having standing water but the host was super responsive and offered to have it looked at but we declined and just washed our dishes by hand. Beds comfortable, patio HUGE. Water pressure great. Building: Clean, had a cute 'beach toy library'. Elevators always quick. Pool & hot tub were good. Only complaint was the rude security guard by the pool. Beach: Gorgeous, beautiful water, soft white sand. Fave spots: Schooners (have larry make a skinny spicy marg), Saltwater Grill, Firefly (the best), Alibi, Foghorns (billiards), Fitness Junky gym (the BEST gym), Runaway Island, American Charlie Grill (grouper sandwich)

The condo was nice. The view from the balcony was great! There was a wagon on the deck with chairs for the beach although we didn’t use them and the kitchen is stocked with pots,pans and dishes. We had no issues with the elevators - never waited more than 2-3 minutes but we were also there on a not so busy week. The only issue we did have was the code for the gym door never worked. We would definitely stay here again when visiting PCB.

The place was exactly as described! It was an awesome place to stay and super clean. Laura was super helpful and reachable. The location is perfect! Love how close it is to the shops and restaurants in Rosemary. We used the tram to the beach and it was super easy. We would definitely stay here again!
