Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Sunnyside, Laguna Beach

This area was great for my family of 4 plus some extended family! It’s quiet, clean, and fully equipped with everything you need inside and out. The back yard was a great plus for my fur babies and the outdoor shower was GREAT! Rebecca was very responsive and helpful with anything you need.

We came to this rental home with 3 kids to experience the beach for the first time. The home was so beautiful inside and out, and the perfect set up for our family. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. It had everything we needed to enjoy our time there and was a close drive to the beach with all of the gear we needed to spend the day playing by the ocean. It was a great and convenient home base to explore all of 30A and Panama City Beach area. We loved the rental, the whole neighborhood, and our stay, and we can’t wait to come back. Erik was a great host. Always responsive when I sent him a message and he was quick for his response. He helped me out with everything I needed. He gave me local recommendations for places that I was asking about. He was a great host overall. I definitely recommend him for future vacations.

Great place, easy walk to the beach, nothing fancy but quite comfortable with all necessary amenities and fenced backyard.

The perfect getaway. My wife, daughter, 2 pups, and myself couldn’t have asked for a better first time vacation as a family of 5. The place had everything we needed + more. We look forward to booking again!

We had a wonderful stay at Ben’s place in PCB! The house was perfect for our family vacation — clean, cozy, and spacious enough for all five of us to feel comfortable. Communication with Ben was smooth and easy from start to finish, and he made sure everything was just right. We especially loved the fenced-in backyard, which was great for relaxing and added a nice touch of privacy. We’d absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again!

House is so much nicer than even the pics show. It was one of the best weve stayed in. Kitchen was especially extremely clean. Beds were cozy. Nice bathrooms. Hoping to come back next year. The golf cart was an amazing addition but we also could have easily walked to the beach!

We loved this place! The house is beautiful and exactly like the photos. The pool was fantastic and the backyard is so private. The house has plenty of towels, dishes and cookware. Each room has ceiling fans and extra fans if you needed. Plenty of seating for the whole family. We loved this side of PC too. So quiet and nothing but families. The walk to the beach is very quick and not crowded at all. I also really liked that they have things in the shed we could use too, like extra chairs and a wagon. Publix, Aldi and CVS are all just a 5 minute drive away. 10/10 - definitely a place we’d stay again!

We had an absolute blast! I honestly cannot say enough about how sweet and responsive the hosts are. The place is awesome. Location is as perfect as you can get. 12 out of 10 I would recommend to anyone and we will definitely be booking with them again!!!

This is a must book when traveling to PCB! Conveniently located along the strip and has everything you need to enjoy a few days or a week! Definitely felt like a home away from our home!

Amy was such a hospitable and responsive host. This place felt like home. It was in a perfect location; within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the pool, the beach, while also feeling private and very safe. A drive away you can find Destin and Panama City beach which are full of any activity you can think of; but rosemary keeps you nestled in a private elegant little town. We will 100% be back!

Our family absolutely adored our stay in Amber’s gorgeous beach house. The yard was an excellent size for our pups. The house itself was spotless and decorated beautifully. The rooms are all well-sized with plenty of storage and the bathrooms are both pristine. The kitchen was well-stocked and the living room had plenty of games and room to play. It feels like a home away from home, truly. We felt so comfortable and safe. It was quite nice being on the more quiet side of the beach, the local restaurants are far superior in many ways from food quality to wait times to the tourist spots. The walk to the beach is short and easy. While the beach itself is breathtakingly stunning and not at all crowded. Overall, this home is everything we wanted and more. We couldn’t have been more thrilled with the stay.

Was a great place to stay and super close to the beach! If you bring dogs just know they aren’t allowed at the close walk able beach but there is a dog friendly beach about a 12 minute drive from the house. The house does have a great fenced in backyard! If we ever come back to the area we would rebook here!

The lake view was beautifully tranquil. We really enjoyed watching the sea birds, blooming lily pads, and families fishing over morning coffee and evening meals. The development is beautiful and high end, making the walk to the beach interesting and lovely. The pools were gorgeous and never crowded, despite being there over a holiday week. Kitchen is very adequately equipped for simple meals. We had a great time!

This exceeded our expectations! The home was clean and well maintained. There was everything one would need to go to the beach. And the beach is only a short walk! Instructions were easy and readily available if needed! And the fenced back yard was perfect for our dog. There were crates and a basket of items for the dog too! We highly recommend this place and will definitely return!!

We had a wonderful few days stay with our two dogs while we were in town for a concert. We had some stuff come up that made us a day late to check in and Kseniya made it extremely easy to resolve with her prompt and helpful responses. The place was beautiful and we all had a great time! Close proximity to the beach and plenty of cool nearby places to checkout with a short drive like rosemarys beach and alys beach! Would definitely come back again!

Perfect getaway to relax! Beautiful house at ten(ish) min walk to the beach with esmerald waters! Easy check in and host was always responsive! Short drive to restaurants and grocery. We were not able to make the shower head work in one of the bathrooms, but it was a good opportunity to have a relaxing bath. One bedroom has a bunky bed that is more suitable for children, but we put the short adults in there and it worked. Overall, we loved the stay and would definitely go back with family and friends!

Great Airbnb, great hosts! We stayed for an extended vacation with a baby and a puppy and the airbnb met our needs and then some. Our hosts were kind and available if we had questions or needed something. You can tell they take good care of their property. The location is ideal - walking distance to the beach and away from the busier areas of PCB. Also close to the 30A beaches! The place was well equipped. We would absolutely stay here again!
