Family-friendly holiday rentals in Sunnyside, Laguna Beach

The condo is just as described and shown in the pictures with an amazing view. It is convenient to be so close to the elevator, however you will hear it constantly including throughout all hours of the night. The resort itself is very nice and in a great location

Loved this place! The room was in perfect proximity to the lobby/parking so we never had to wait on an elevator. The reserved parking spot was great and also in a convenient location! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy and there was even a fan for use if you’re like us and like the noise to sleep. Even being a studio it was quite spacious for the two of us! Short distance to the beach, great food on the property, and a great location to get all around in PCB. 10/10 Thank you again, Patrick!

I don’t think I could say one thing negative about this place! Everything was literally perfect. From the space itself to the location. We are already looking at two other dates to book!

We had a great experience! Very clean, beautifully decorated and the ocean view was GORGEOUS! Nina responded very quickly to any questions we had upon arrival and throughout our stay. Everything was very well organized and taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!! ❤️

Brent was exceptional throughout the process He gave very precise instructions from beginning to end and was very responsive to any questions or issue's we had. He forewarned about the mass entrance and exit of new and leaving guests so we just went to the room right after checkin and waited a couple of hours before moving our stuff in which was much easier. This condo is terrific and the view is gorgeous. Thanks Brent for making our visit seamless.

Beautiful condo and great location. The view of the beach from condo was amazing. Access to the beach was super easy and having the beach chair service made life really easy with a family. Also very close walking distance to a number of shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed this trip!

Chucks place was clean and super easy to find. The pictures don’t do it justice, this is a must stay in PCB. Would definitely want to return.

This was our families first time staying in an Airbnb and this Airbnb is going to be hard to top! The place was very family friendly, had everything we needed and the golf cart was AMAZING. It's going to be hard to top this experience!

This is my second time here and each time I leave I’m always so grateful for this little cozy Airbnb! Top notch hosts who are always quick to respond. The airbnb has everything you need PLUS beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to make the walk to the beach a breeze which is SO kind of the hosts to have for their guests. Carillon is one of my favorite places to visit in FL. Everything you need is right there and a publix and aldi are only 2 minutes away. They have a spa at the resort and adorable shops and restaurants. We love lake powell pizza, the little beach cafe and salty bottle and brew. The beach walkover is only a 5 minute walk through the Carillon neighborhood and all of the pools are top notch. I love the cleanliness of Carillon and this airbnb. The lake view is beautiful from the balcony. The Airbnb is so clean and they give you everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. You won’t regret booking this one!! Top Notch. We had the best Spring Break at Happy Mermaid. Dino was super responsive, and all info was perfect. The proximity to the community pool was great, and our kids could easily go back and forth from the house. The walk to the beach was fairly easy, and the public access had bathrooms, which was great. We easily walked or drove to plenty of shops, restaurants, and the grocery store. The community was lovely and well-kept, and the house backing up to the pond area was so peaceful. The house itself had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We’ve been visiting this area for 40 years, and highly recommend this home and location!

We loved this house and the back yard for our little dog was perfect. Can’t ask for a better host than Yubeiri! She is super responsive and accommodating. She made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with soaps and necessary paper products upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! We loved the area and proximity to restaurants, shopping and the amazing beaches. Beautiful stay; thank you, Yubeiri, for your hospitality and accommodations!

We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable beachy home! The decor was so cute and coastal—it felt like the perfect Florida getaway. The entire place was spotless, and we were pleasantly surprised to find the full upstairs was a private master suite (such a bonus we didn’t expect but totally loved). The kitchen was fully stocked with all the basics, which made cooking super convenient, and the beds were really comfortable. Having four bikes included was a huge perk, and we loved how close the house was to scenic bike trails and just a 20-minute golf cart ride to Seaside. The trundle twin beds were a bit too small. It wasn’t a huge issue, and the listing was accurate, just something to note if you’re planning for adult guests in that room! Overall, this place was wonderful. The host was incredibly responsive, and everything felt thoughtful and well-kept. We would 10000% stay here again!

This place is a great location , easy to access, and quiet overall. Inside everything was clean and it felt like home. The use of the washer and dryer was a huge bonus plus the beach amenities, too! I would definitely recommend staying here.

This is our second stay, and we will be back again!! Perfect for a couple, super comfy bed, easy access to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, etc. Quiet location, loved the pool.

We could not have loved this place any more! Cozy and cute inside with a fantastic outdoor space and pool! Quick walk to the beach made the location perfect! We will definitely be back!!!

Room was great. Great view and only couple minutes to walk to Pier Park. Has everything you need. Well differently stay again.

The Carillon Inn was a great location and perfect for a short weekend. Brian was very responsive in getting all the codes we needed for our stay. The beach walkover had a new code system and he was immediate in responding to us about getting that set up. The beach set up was ready every day and we really appreciated that! Living room set up was a little dark (the window is in the hallway, so not much light gets in) but the bedroom was well lit. The patio was a great plus to have on the rainy afternoons. The furniture could use some updating, but we weren't in the room much at all. Bed was comfortable and plenty of towels and necessities for the weekend.

My wife and I went for our baby moon, and it was a great trip! The beach access is across the street, so it’s very close. We were able to walk to restaurants, to get ice cream, to shop. Everything you need is in walking distance.

Very clean nice house. Amazing neighborhood. Paul was very proactive and ways always there to answer whatever questions I had. They had all the things we needed for our stay and fun at the beach. I’d stay again

This was our first time visiting the area and we will certainly be back. Mitch was very informative and very responsive. We had one very minor issue the first night (nothing big) but Mitch went above and beyond to address it. The home was beautiful and conveniently located to state park beach access and dining/entertainment. Can’t wait to stay here again!
