Holiday rentals with a pool in Sunnyside, Laguna Beach

Kevin & Jennifer’s place was amazing. It is a beautiful house with wonderful amenities, clean and quiet. We were traveling with family and it was so nice for us to have our own rooms & bathrooms, with a comfortable shared space. They have everything you could possibly need at the house, including chairs & beach towels, which made traveling/packing so much easier. They were very thoughtful with what is included at the house and we felt perfectly at home! The beach for the community can get a bit crowded, but we got there early and never had a problem, and it is so nice that it is a short walk from the house. Lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance too. We loved this stay! Truly one of the nicest homes we have rented on 30A in terms of location & amenities in the home. You can tell they put a lot of care into making it a wonderful experience!

Our group of 7 had a great stay! The location really cannot be beat and is the best part! Super easy walk to the beach and the provided chairs and umbrellas are perfect! Located between Alys and Rosemary, quick walk to shops and restaurants, and great to ride bikes to Seaside. Ryan was so easy to communicate with and made the entire trip so easy and simple.

This was an incredible experience! We fell in love with this home as soon as we entered! It was very clean, bright, welcoming and was better than the photos! I have already recommended Jenni's home to so many of my friends and family that plan on traveling in the future. Her response time is incredible! We absolutely adored this house! It’s way more spacious than the pictures make it seem and so beautiful. It’s only about two blocks from a wonderful beach. And Levi and Darah were just incredible!!!! They went above and beyond for us over and over. We only had one very minor issue with some neighbors the first night (it is also a rental, not bad neighbors) but Levi and Darah were so responsive and helpful. I would recommend this place to anybody!!!

Our stay was much better than expected. Everything was perfect and ready when we got there. The back yard and pool were amazing. Great for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The outdoor shower was perfect for cleaning up. The beds were very comfortable also. We definitely plan on making this place our yearly stay. Wendy was an awesome host!

Wendy was by far the most helpful air bnb hosts that I’ve ever interacted with. She was super friendly and great at communicating things that we needed to know like where to park and answering my million questions. Her property was so nice and had so many things to do at the home itself like the swimming pool, ping pong table in the garage, even a small putting area in the back yard. We spent most of our time at the house instead of the beach 😂 thanks again Wendy

very nice stay! we always love Carillon and greatly enjoyed our first time with our dogs. this is the perfect little room for us & 2 big dogs! everything as described. clean and well maintained!

Everything was great, right on the beach, the most beautiful sunsets, the view, the location, close to everything, the super-equipped kitchen! I would definitely come back!

The condo is exactly as pictured. It is spacious, well decorated, and fully stocked. The condo’s location in the building provides you with the perfect balcony. It’s a gigantic wraparound balcony that offers plenty of quality furniture, space, and shade if you are in need. It feels private as it is set back from the neighbor’s. It’s hard to want to get out of the clear, warm ocean but when someone needed a break, it was convenient having the two beach chairs and umbrella ready and waiting! We cannot say enough good things about the rental!

We had a great time staying here! The listing was described perfectly! It was clean and had more than we expected! It was close to lots of food and shops and the beach is literally across the street! No need to drive unless you want to!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was just as described, and we had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated and furnished, and looked just like the photos. Was also very impressed with the booklet of easy instructions, as well as local recommendations not only for restaurants/surroundings, but also for beach access points. This was so helpful! Matthew was also very responsive and helpful! I would 100% recommend staying here!

We stayed here for our babymoon and it was the perfect peaceful getaway we were looking for. The condo was exactly as pictured. I loved how the amenities and beach access were walkable. The area was safe and felt high end. Just a quick drive over to Rosemary Beach for dinner and shopping. We hope to stay here again!
