Holiday rentals with a kayak in Sunnyside, Laguna Beach

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay! The home was perfect as was the location. Nancy sent us a guide with any and all info we could have needed for the home, surrounding restaurants, beach access points, rainy day activities etc. We were able to save it to our Home Screen as an app which was so convenient and easy! The house was so beautiful! It was well stocked, clean, SO comfortable, large table spaces for game playing and puzzles and lots of people to eat together, a perfect location. We cannot say enough great things about this home! We will definitely be going back, hopefully sooner rather than later!

We had a 5 day stay at Herron House and it could not have been more wonderful. The house is charming, cozy, pristine and well laid out. Ann has done a great job with communications and was very responsive to answering questions and addressing a few minor things that came up. The house setting is quiet and peaceful and well appointed. Make sure you sit out on the dock for morning coffee or late afternoon beverages. Oh, and try out the paddle boards and hit the beach, which is about a 10-12 minute walk on quiet streets with lovely homes to see. The beaches??? Spectacular, very wide and wonderful sand. Restaurants are close by and having the golf cart to use makes that easy to manage. We will go back to Seaside...a great experience! Thanks Ann!

We had a great stay! Location is amazing and bikes were a nice touch! Our only issue was for the price we paid it would be nice to include more essentials - toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We ran out of toilet paper during a 5 night stay and it felt weird to have to go buy toilet paper after spending several thousand dollars for a house. The beds and towels could also be upgraded given the cost to rent but that is probably nit-picky. All in all the house was very clean, great location, etc. Would book again!

I can’t say enough good things about the house, location and BJ and Michelle. An amazing home, exactly as advertised! Spotlessly clean, very cozy, safe neighborhood and in a perfect location to food, beach and everything 30a. We will definitely be coming back! It was fabulous!

This place is so cute! From the roosters crowing in the morning to the tree frogs singing in the evening; we loved it. The property is filled with charm having beautiful gardens & a variety of Annie's antique treasures around the cottage... vintage, quirky ,rustic... It all takes you back to a simpler time and gives you that true southern, "old florida" vibe. Annie is so personable and sweet..and knows all the hot spots around town for shopping, food and adventure.... and its just a short drive to the beautiful white sandy beaches on the Gulf. Wonderful place!

Probably one the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in in Florida! Visited our daughter and son in law and our 3 month old grandson that live nearby. We came from Clearwater. Spotless, clean and inviting! Loved the porch and spent a lot of time in the rockers and swing in morning and evening enjoying the birds on the feeder and wind chime 🎶🎶. Nice big bedrooms and master bath. Very close to restaurants (Uncle Ernie’s is always great) Copper Tap Grill is good. PCB is about 15 minutes away or less. Schooner restaurant there is on beach and really good. Great location and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us, Barbara! Was nice talking with you too.

Can’t wait to go back to Kathryn and Ron’s property. Was such an amazing weekend, they are an amazing persons and very gentle with us. The food was delicious and made by Kathryn, I loved the boat ride with Ron; husband and I were amazed by the Choctawhatchee river. For sure we will be back!

Cozy, private, and breathtaking views! A great place to unplug and enjoy what you love in a familiar environment. Sean and Jolene have a beautiful home with everything you could need during your stay. This is a little piece of quiet paradise away from advertised paradise hotspots- all within driving distance. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely great place to stay. Accessible to everything around. Great please to park our boat and still be able to get to the beach too. Everything was exactly as described. Quiet and peaceful get away but still close to everything.
